> 3 dayI am giving it 3 stars because my toddler got excited when he saw it. We tried it right away. It has no splash guard so you have to be careful as no matter if you use it on the floor or on the toilet, pee flies out. As other buyers said, it is quite flimsy, so flimsy that it makes me a little nervous to have my 32 pounds toddler sit on it while on the big potty. Not sure if I got a bad one but it is extremely hard to lock it into position, either if you want to have it in a potty position or as an insert for the big potty. Overall I still have to see how it goes. We also tried it with a shopping bag, I thought that would have annoyed my toddler out but he was strangely fine with it. Will update in a few weeks if needed. Update: my son and myself both hate this potty. We used it on vacation mostly to sit on top of regular toilets, this potty is terrible for boys, even if he holds it down it sprays everywhere as it bounces off the border of the potty. Both sides are the same, no real splash guard. It is very flimsy and every time I put it on top of the toilet I am afraid it would give in, so I hold my son. Not happy with this potty at all. Switching it from floor potty to seat is extremely difficult especially since you need to lock it in when you use it on the floor. To lock it in I have to push it so hard that I get marks on my hands, to unlock it I have to pull so hard then the whole leg comes off each time ... Then to put it back is another struggle, if I push too hard goes into lick position, if you dont push enough doesnt even go in ... Maybe i got a bad one? I dont know, all I know is that I hate it and so does my son. Update of the update: we keep this in the car. Have to say it has saved us in odd situations when LO had to go. We just pulled up, set us his potty and let him go ... I am still worried when I put this potty on top of the regular toilet as it doesnt stick properly, its pretty wobbly and unstable. It has no handles for LO to hold himself and as previously mentioned, the splash guard is non existant. I still do not like this potty but with time it got easier to fold it and open it into position. Convenient for the car and on vacation, I guess.

> 3 dayThis has been a life saver when out with my newly potty trained son. He’s 3 and even when I take him pee before we go to the park he somehow managed to need to go about 50% of the time. This has saved us from emergency trips home because our parks don’t have bathrooms open right now.

> 3 dayThis is small, but still works for our tall boy who has SPD. It saved us on our travels. It does sit low to the ground, but he was able to sit and do his business without messes. He didnt mind sitting on the bag, but didnt like the way he had to be careful when standing up (so he didnt pull the bag with him). Still, he handled the entire situation well. This is light, so it was not a problem carrying in my backpack it for hours as we went sightseeing. Disposal was easy. Just tossed in the wipes, tied it up and tossed it like used diaper. We used it while in the hotel room too, so we were able to dump contents in the toilet and toss the bag. He would not use it as a toilet topper, but if he didnt have his issues, I am sure it would have worked fine. Yes, I do sometimes pull out the feet when trying to collapse the legs. Not a big deal for me. I am thankful a friendly mom at school recommended this!

> 3 dayI think this is really a smart design and practical. I started off buying to potty train my two year old. She really liked it when it arrived on our door step so we started the process right after recieving it. I would turn on a potty time show for her around the time she was due to pee. Well it would take her awhile to go so her little tushy would hurt from it. Thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because with potty training and taking time to learn on it its a little rigid for the bum. I then ordered the silicon collapsible and reusable sinert for it and it took the edge off. If yiu are trying to buy this with potty training purposes to start with I suggest ordering the insert with it and starting with both pieces and using the disposable liners that come with it when you go out of the house.

> 3 dayWe’re in the car and she’s used this thing 3 times today within maybe 2 hours. I was inspired to immediately write a review if I hadn’t already. That’s just today. My daughter is 3.5 and she’s used this sooooo many times since we bought it over a year ago. It’s a life saver. I recommend it to everyone. I’ve used it before!!! I’m pregnant and you never know when you might not be able to find a restroom! Lol. Truly one of the best Amazon purchases I’ve ever made. We use plastic grocery bags and cheap diapers as replacement liners and they hold quite a bit. Just buy it. We’ve never had an accident in the car. Amazing product.

> 3 dayThis thing is great. We use it in public restrooms, the park, the side of the road, everywhere. It folds up and fits in a backpack which means its always with me.

17-11-2024We recently potty trained by 2-year-old daughter, and we would have been lost without this little potty. It is super small, so it fits easily in a backpack or diaper bag. You can buy a reusable, washable insert (which we did) and/or plastic bags with pads on the inside to absorb the pee (which we also did). Both have come in super handy. We took our recently potty trained kiddo on an 8-hour plane ride a month after potty training, and this little potty came in super handy on the plane and in the car to/from various places during our vacation. We keep it in the back of our car now that were home, and she uses it in the back probably once a day when we go out instead of going to the big potty in a store, etc. Its also extremely convenient when she has to go RIGHT NOW and we are nowhere near any toilets. If you have littles ones you are potty training or going to start potty training, get this little potty. You wont be sorry.

Greater than one weekI bought this seat primarily to use as a portable seat reducer for public toilets shortly after we switched our toddler to underwear. I havent yet used it (and dont plan to use it) as a portable potty seat, although it can be used in that way, too. It works pretty well on most public toilets, though it was an adjustment to not have one that clicks solidly into place like our seat reducer at home. It is sturdy enough, as long as the child doesnt squirm too much. It sits a lot further back on the toilet than our home seat reducer, but my small 2.5 year old doesnt have a problem with this. As is true with many seat reducers, you need to be careful that boys dont spray out the front. After use, it folds up to a nice small size, and comes with a plastic drawstring bag for storage. Overall, I have been very happy with this seat for its intended use.

> 3 dayI love this little potty. We potty trained our daughter at 14 months but only in a little potty (would not go if we hovered her over a normal toilet seat). We use the babybjorn potties at home and this one when we leave the house. it folds up so it fits in the diaper bag and comes with plastic carry bag. Just make sure you snap the legs in to lock if using it as a standalone porta potty - the first time I used it I didnt realize this and when she sat on the potty one of the legs folded in and she slid off to the side. Kinda funny to watch but scarred her and she was afraid to use it for a while. I have popped off a leg a few times when trying to unlock them to fold away - not a big deal just pop them back in. After we ran out of the liners we used a plastic grocery bag and no longer needed diapers. Ill use a paper towel once we run out of diapers. Love that when were traveling, she just sits on this little potty in the car or any flat surface and then we can just throw away a plastic bag. It is a little funny shaped so your child may have some difficulty balancing their tushy on it - but my daughter got used to it. Would recommend doing a few practice runs with it at home before taking it on the go when its an emergency.
