> 3 dayIve had this thing since my first child whose now age 6 and still uses this while on the go. This is a MUST for my potty trained 3 year old. Especially, when driving longer than an hour (this means traffic as well). It has saved hours of pulling off on the side of the road, long bathroom lines, and countless outings. Not to mention a miracle for those number 2 moments in the middle of nowhere while hiking, camping, ATVing. My husband accuses me of being a tech mom and buying too many gadgets for too many things. My track record is good and its thanks to products such as these. My only regret- is that they dont make these for adults. However, there were 2 really, really, really big emergencies (during my 2nd pregnancy while we were out in the middle of nowhere and I was desperate) and it saved my rear (literally). If you have a baby that will soon become a toddler...you NEED to buy this. Like I stated earlier, my 6 year old will use it and I have admitted to using it as well. I also placed this same review on the refills. I have used grocery bags when I ran out, but get the refills. It saves on the odor especially on long road trips or in traffic.

> 3 dayAfter a week of potty training at home I knew I had to venture out and have my son sit on a public toilet. The potette fits perfectly on all the public toilets Ive tried it on but it does require some getting used to. My son just turned 2 and is small for his age but he fits fine on it but it took a few tries to get him seated properly so he doesnt pee all over the place. I thought I would use the seat as a travel potty for the car as well but I tried sitting my son on it as a toilet and he fell right through to the floor. Since he has been trained on a real toilet with a potty seat he just wasnt used to sitting so low to the ground with nothing to hold on to. While it has been a life saver in public places, it is a pain in the butt to carry around. We rarely use a stroller so its not an option to throw it in the basket underneath. And I was trying to get away from using a diaper bag anymore since my son is now potty trained. But this potty is just too large to fit in any purse that I own. So its back to carrying a diaper bag for now and hopefully I can teach my son to pee standing up soon :)

> 3 dayThis has been a life saver when out with my newly potty trained son. He’s 3 and even when I take him pee before we go to the park he somehow managed to need to go about 50% of the time. This has saved us from emergency trips home because our parks don’t have bathrooms open right now.

> 3 dayLove the versatility and durability. We purchased this when our first baby turned 1 and have used it to potty train all 4 of our kids. We have had it for 11years. We now use it to have on long car rides so we can stop anywhere for the kids to relieve themselves. The bags that come with it are good for 1 kid 1 time. With multiple kids we use a diaper in the bottom of a plastic bag works better for multiple kids at 1 stop. Then we dont have to change bags between each kid.

> 3 dayI dont think they had this when my older kids were toddlers, so when I saw it while shopping for my youngest, I was excited. I love the flexibility of being able to use it on public toilet seats or as a stand-alone for those emergencies in the car when theres not a public toilet close enough. Despite my worries, Ive never had to use it as a stand-alone, but its much sturdier than the folder seat that I used with my older kids. And it doesnt slide around either. The only drawback is the size. It pretty much takes up the majority of space in my diaper bag, so sometimes I dont want to bring it around just for that reason. But that is the trade-off for getting a great, sturdy product. Update: Because a lot of public toilets are oval-shaped, this potty seat will sit further away from the front. That means children have their legs extended out in front of them on the rest of the toilet seat. For boys, that makes it uncomfortable to bend forward, so they are more likely pee against the front of the potty seat or possibly even up if you are not paying attention. For my three-year old, he has to remove one leg out of his pants, so that he can spread his legs far enough apart (hanging over the sides of the toilet instead of in front of him) to aim down. Its pretty inconvenient, especially if he has to go bad (and you know how little warning toddlers give you), so he doesnt want to use this seat anymore. For this reason, I will drop my rating by one start, but it would be no problem for little girls.

> 3 dayOh my goodness this thing is genius. My 3 year old just potty trained and I wasn’t sure how we were going to do public toilets until a friend told me about this. It comes with a travel bag and folds up small enough to fit inside my diaper backpack. I unfold the legs and he uses it when we are on a public toilet. I love that the legs provide a handle for him to hold so he’s not touching a nasty toilet. I haven’t used it as a stand alone potty yet but the concept of being able to put a bag in it and then dispose of it is genius. It comes with three bags with padding on the bottoms but I would think you could double up on shopping bags after those run out ? I am recommending this to all my mom friends.

Greater than one weekThis product was amazing on our last road trip! We didn’t have to take our kids into any nasty gas station bathrooms or “scary” rest area vault toilets. We set up the potty right outside one of their car doors on the Pavement of rest stops or on side roads in the rural areas, and we used a pop up windshield shade as a privacy screen. Boy age 6 and girl age 4. We now keep it in the car for when we go hiking or biking, all the park restrooms are closed due to Covid. I’ve even carried it in my hiking daypack! The bags are worth the price too

> 3 dayA must have for any parent with small children who dislike public bathroom. I have two of this, one stays in the diaper bag and the other in the car. It does what is supposed to do, easy to carry, light weight, small in size. My boys are 2 and 3 years old and just cant hold in so when they have to go, they have to go, we have used this in the side of the parkway, zoo, park, sesame place, in laws house and every other place you can think off. We keep one open in the trunk of our suv and for a diaper bag we use a computer backpack, this potty fits perfectly in the computer spot where a keep a few extra bags. For the one in the car we just use regular shopping bags with a paper towel, it works well. The one thing I must say is that you definitely should read the directions as there is a proper way to click it so it does not close on your child, the potty is short to the ground, its a little hard to refold once its open but still a great product.

> 3 dayI wasnt sure how well this little 2-in-1 potette was going to work out, but it turns out, it was great! It was a lifesaver! We started potty training my sun in the summer, when we were constantly on the go! I was naive and thought oh boys stand to pee, hell be just fine. We dont need a potty chair on the go. Wrong I was! My son wanted to sit as he first started learning and a regular toilet seat was much too big, and he was fearful of them! I carried the seat cushions with me on a shopping trip twice - and that was two times more than I ever wanted to do again! I had to bring them in a sack, along with my toddler, and my purse, and its just not sanitary. No matter how hard you try. I came across this in my search and I was so thankful! It fits great on a regular toilet seat. Its smaller so it actually fit in the side of my purse (inside of its own bag). {I carry a larger purse} Anywhere we went we brought this along! It even saved us when we were traveling and there were no bathrooms anywhere close, we were able to use it as a little potty chair on the side of the road! Ill be buying these for everyone I know when they have a baby shower, its one of those items you dont think youll need, or can live without, but its completely handy!

> 3 dayI decided to potty train my little boy before he turned 2 1/2. He did so amazing so quickly that I didnt know what I was going to do when we went out in public (I had assumed it would take so much longer than it did, and hadnt planned on taking him out for much longer). I order 2 of these potties and the extra pack of disposable bags, one for my car and one for my husband. I love that I can take it into a store or restaurant and use it on the toilet, or we can set it up in the car or even just on the ground and he can use it. Its so easy and it works so well. I am also pleased with how it works for a boy, as many potties dont have an adequate guard in the front to prevent spraying. My only complaint is that I dont feel like the legs are as sturdy as they could be, but so far they havent collapsed so I might just be paranoid. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a travel potty.
