> 24 hourIt is easy to handle, easy to cut, easy to apply just over all easy. The hardest part is probably the assembly and reassembly of your vehicle. I used this for my 2022 Nissan Altima.

> 24 hourI used this on the floor of my car. Put a double layer down. Definitely muffled road noise but did not eliminate. I plan on buying a second box to do the doors and even the trunk. Im certain that will help even more but I dont think it will cancel all road noise.

> 24 hourI used this in conjunction with egg crate foam material. This inexpensive box went a long way for my Crosstrek project. The car had ridiculous amounts of road noise, could barely hear voices on the stereo. I good roller helps for application. You can cut this stuff to fit anywhere you can reach. I used the egg shell for harder to reach areas. I only applied the mat to metal as it was the sturdiest part of the car. If you ever have to take this stuff off its going to be one hell of a mess. Sticky tar/rubber base but the foil keeps it covered. I also made some non stick pads for the floor mats that work well. While I didnt take measurements with a db meter I did only do my four doors first and kept hearing weird car noises....I didnt do the hatchback. When I did that and added the floor mats my car was as quiet as could be. No ear fatigue from road noise and my stereo sounds great(with some other tweaks). This is subjective but I find that every toyota Ive owned has a pretty quite interior. My Crosstrek is now on the level and maybe a bit better than that. I can listen to the radio at a low volume and still hear.

> 24 hourI put this on my 78 F150 to reduce noise in the passenger compartment. I installed in the doors and on the floorboards. It is easy to install, high quality, and a fraction of the price compared to the big names in the industry. My doors now sound like a high end vehicle when they close and cabin noise has reduced significantly. Dont waste your money on the more expensive brands. This is just as good for a more reasonable price.

> 24 hourUsed one kit to completely cover the floor of a Sierra extended cab truck. Covered floor and up back of cab. Still had about 4-6 sheets left over. Throughly cleaned the metal and this stuff stuck right on. Doing it in the sunlight let’s you contour the sheets to fit exactly how you need. Overall pretty good noise reduction. My truck is a duramax with 5in straight pipe and axle dump and the drone is significantly less than before.

> 24 hour2006 Dodge Charger Trunk Easy to install with the self adhesive. Use a roller to make sure its applied correctly. Live in Hawaii where its 85⁰ out. Went on easy, easy to cut, trim and mold around all the joints. Sound test after and the obnoxious rattle from the sub is gone. Used 1 box of the 50 sq ft 50mm Kilmat, completely covered the Trunk and 2 or 3 layers in trouble spots. Definitely going to be ordering more.

> 24 hourCovered a truck floor and back wall. Went on easy and made a noticeable difference in interior noise when knocking on panels. Project isnt drivable yet, so I cant comment on driving noise. Happy so far

> 24 hourPlease please use gloves while applying the mat , not latex gloves unless you want to fight the stuff sticking to you constantly, Im talking about some good gloves. I made the mistake of not wearing gloves because I feel things better without them, gloves just have never worked right for me . But man oh man this stuff edges are sharp I sliced and diced my hands up so bad , Im talking I look like I got into a fist fight with a razor blade lol ...No fault of the company, it does say wear gloves .. 100% my fault. Just a consumer, I wanna let you know WEAR GLOVES !! Besides that , love the product have used in both my vehicles and have recommended to friends . Easy to use Easy to roll and Easy to cut to fit (also easy to cut fingers haha)

> 24 hourFor those looking for a good low-cost alternative to Dynamat, this is acceptable. I used both Dynamat and Kilmat on the same build. The Dynamat product was the Dynamat Xtreme. In contrast, the aluminum on the Kilmat is thinner and the butyl material smells A LOT like roofing felt... like EXACTLY like roofing felt -- definitely a bituminous odor. It is not overwhelming. I could only smell it with from about 2 away at normal temperatures By comparison the Dynamat Xtreme has ZERO odor. Nothing. The good thing about the Kilmat is that it sticks very quickly (used a heat gun to promote adhesion due to cooler outdoor temps but really did not need to) and the embossed aluminum makes it simple cut straight with one mark. Also, the packaging says it is made in the Russian Federation... so, those folks have a lot of experience silencing things so this will likely work very well. I just hope its not made out of Chernobyl chunks else my build will put a new meaning on the term radioactive.

> 24 hourLove this stuff, so much cheaper than dynamat and no difference in quality. Super easy to cut, easy to roll down(with the right rollers), molds amazingly well around anything, and deadening quality is awesome. No complaints what so ever. There’s a reason why it has thousands of good reviews. Also 50sq ft did my entire trunk even to sides and double layers on my trunk lid and still had a bunch leftover. My trunk is kinda small it’s a 2013 Cadillac ATS but considering how much I had leftover 50sqft will cover the biggest of trunks and I assume be able to double layer the main parts of the lid too. Even did my license plate!
