This luggage was impressive! 10/10 recommend!

Bought the carry on 40l case in black. Road tested it on an extended 3-day trip. Train, quick dashes for multiple platform changes, cracked pavements, cobbled streets, puddles, and overhead carriage storage. Coped with all that was thrown in its way. The storage capacity is great; one of the key reasons for the purchase. The flexible shell is good, with just the right amount of give. The texture outer can help with scratch protection. I was rough with mine and it came back unscathed. Any gripes? As with all suitcases, you lose some space for the extended handle. The rubber trim has been mentioned elsewhere. It felt a bit clumsy. Mine was OK. The lock, although TSA approved, could have been finished in metal for a sturdier feel - especially on the dials. Plastic feels cheap. Overall, very happy. Im sure you could spend half as much and get similar. But the refined styling is what youre paying for.

I bought this because of its minimalist and sleek design. Boy does this thing scratch easily. Theres a label that came with the suitcase that says its anti-scratch and it already scratched during my first trip. All it took was a little bump to the corner. I didnt expect a seemingly sturdy looking suitcase to be so delicate. I used it as a carry-on. I cant imagine what kind of damage to expect if youre going to check this and let TSA through it around. If you dont mind that its this delicate, then purchase it while its on sale. If not, do some research before purchasing.

I wanted to try more reasonably priced luggage before buying bigger brand names. Since this is also backed by Prime free returns, I thought Id buy this first. Right away, the weight felt significant. The product description here and on their site states its 7 lbs, but it did not feel like it and when put on a scale it was around 9lbs. Many airlines allow carry on luggage to be around 20lbs, so the bag itself was almost half of that weight. I thought the case itself was pretty decent, but when I bought the more expensive brand of luggage, I felt there was a significant difference in quality. The brand name was almost double the price of this, but it felt a lot more durable and worth the cost. I also bought a $40 no brand luggage on Amazon to compare, and although that one felt cheap, it doesnt feel too different from this luggage. If you dont want to spend a lot of money on a luggage, I would suggest you buy an even cheaper cost of bag than this one because the quality wouldnt be that big of a difference.

My son-in-law travels for work and tested the bag right after receiving it as a Christmas gift by filling it with towels and checking all the features and maneuverability. He was delighted with the bag at the time. Unfortunately, when he actually took it on a trip, though he was amazed with how much it held, when the bag is packed, the handle keeps jamming. Will not extend and retract smoothly. I dont recall that being mentioned as an issue in any of the reviews I read before I purchased this bag. I wonder if this particular bag is just a dud/lemon and will have to return it. I will review the manufacturer afterwards.

This luggage is perfect. They are easy to maneuver, very attractive, very durable so far (10+ trips) and or just the right size and shape.

Super amazing quality. Only complaint is how scratched up it gets just using it. I didn’t even check my bag, I bought it only for carry on & after one round trip it has some light visible damage. The wheels are sooooo nice.

I would never leave a bad review, but this is just awful. This is an expensive item and you tried to pass it off as new. Not okay.

Had for less than a month. Has cracked in 4 different places. Disappointed for the price I paid.
