I was initially concerned because this carry on size did not have compression straps that came with the larger size, but the zipper compartments inside worked very, very well. Each side neatly held everything I needed for a one-week stay. Admittedly, I am someone who packs lightly, but this size held everything I needed for varied weather conditions at my destination and I could have packed even more items. The case is very easy to pack, close and very, very easy to maneuver through airports or airplane isles. It made my travels so easy. I am so glad I chose this one. If there were one thing I wish it had, it would be an expandable zipper; otherwise, it was perfect for my needs!

I purchased this carry-on ahead of my most recent trip from Charlotte to Los Angeles. I wanted something light and compact that was capable of carrying a decent amount. I got exactly what I paid for. This thing is super smooth when rolling through the airport. It is very maneuverable and can be twisted from right to lift with literally the guidance of only your fingers. It is exceedingly lightweight and carries a decent amount of clothes. I purchased the packing cubes with it and was able to get 5 pairs of jeans, 3 collared shirts, 4 t-shirts, a pair of Red Wing boots, 5 pairs of underwear, 5 pairs of Darn Tough socks, all of my toiletries, and charging cables for my iPad, MacBook Pro, iPhone, and Apple Watch. I cant ask for more. I have seen many reviews on peoples Level 8 luggage being scratched. In all honesty, this feels like being negative just to be negative. My luggage did not receive a single nick or scratch on this trip, but EVERY piece of luggage is eventually going to get scratched when traveling. It is unavoidable. This luggage does not scratch to a degree greater than any other luggage I have owned. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and will look at purchasing a larger set as well.

Sleek design, super quiet, seems durable! First trip ended up checking all the boxes, checked bag, over head bin, through airport, over cobble stone, up stairs. Passed every test while looking good and rolling so incredibly smooth and quiet!

Great little carry on that I just received. Unfortunately it’s got a serious design flaw for my purposes. The spring mechanism for the outside laptop/iPad compartment depends on gravity to spring open when the buttons is depressed. It works fine when the suitcase is upright, but when it’s lying flat (like in an overhead) the mechanism doesn’t work at all, making that compartment inaccessible when the bag is in the overhead. I bought the bag specifically because that compartment looked perfect for my iPad and laptop which I like to access/stow frequently during flights. So that little flaw might be a showstopper for me. Maybe I’m some sort of freak for thinking I should have easy access to that compartment when the bag is stowed?!? I may try to jury rig a homemade pull tab, but I shouldn’t have to, seems like an oversight that the manufacturer should have rectified by now given how popular they are.

I love everything about this carry-on! Both insides zip to keep everything in place along with two zipper sides for small things. It’s simple. Cute. Sturdy. Of course while choosing the color I chose, there will be scruff marks but I use a Clorox wipe and it’s easily fixable.

Didn’t pass the very first test. Got broken during the first flight on American Airlines.

Super smooth rolling. Great security lock on top of the bag. Hard case to protect my gear and electronics when I travel for work. Zipper panels to keep contents from shifting and pockets on one zip panel for smaller items like cords, toiletries, etc. Currently being borrowed by the hubby so we will definitely be making another purchase so he has one of his own.

I love this suitcase. Of course its pink - so as soon as I put it on the plane, it looked scratched and dirty - but I knew that buying a light color and expected it, thats no fault to the brand. It rolls super smooth, and I love that it has zipper closures on both sides - so regardless of how you open it, your contents arent going to spill out. Ive used it several times now and it feels very durable. I love the square design as well. My only complaint is that the handle doesnt seem to want to lock into place where I like it - but thats not a huge deal.

Just bought the 26” luggage and the unit out of the box arrived defective with the zipper misaligned. If this is how it arrived being inside a shipping box, I question the durability of this luggage taking a beating from airline baggage handlers.

I have never written a review, but this one is that good, I have to share. I travel a lot, and agonized over the large number of luggage choices. Plus, this one was more than I wanted to pay. But wow! Unbelievable, what it holds and slips right into the overhead, wheels in. The greatest this is the maneuverability. Must be the big wheels, but it just glides along. one less thing to fuss with. I highly recommend this bag, if you spend the extra money, you wont be disappointed.
