I ordered this 28 luggage because I find my level8 carry-on a very good buy. However this luggage seem like a returned item and was re-shipped to me from a dissatified customer apparently. Unlike the carry-on that i received, this luggage was delivered in a tattered box and without any manual. I have to figure out how to change lock combination and none is available on the web. I called Level8 customer service by searching for the number in the internet. I also did not realize until now that it was a zippered luggage because that was unclear in the pictures or even misleading here. Level8 carry on is not zippered, so I figured that its luggage may be the same as the carry-on given its high price of 269.00 (before taxes). Now i think after receiving this luggage, it is too expensive for the price and far from a good investment. I would return it if I have time but I need to pack for my flight tomorrow i.e., time wont permit me. I am hoping Level8 will be more intentional in checking its shipping and clear with the kind of zippered luggage that they are selling.

..this thing rolls, turns, & spins like a dream. Very easy to handle while moving thru busy airports. Solid, lightweight construction that looks sleek as well. About as spacious as any carry-on sized luggage (they all max out at the same size), and this one has some nice dividers and storage areas to make sure stuff stays neat, and doesnt move around much. A little pricier than other options, but clearly worth it.

I was initially concerned because this carry on size did not have compression straps that came with the larger size, but the zipper compartments inside worked very, very well. Each side neatly held everything I needed for a one-week stay. Admittedly, I am someone who packs lightly, but this size held everything I needed for varied weather conditions at my destination and I could have packed even more items. The case is very easy to pack, close and very, very easy to maneuver through airports or airplane isles. It made my travels so easy. I am so glad I chose this one. If there were one thing I wish it had, it would be an expandable zipper; otherwise, it was perfect for my needs!

I bought this suitcase, after one use, the zipper broke. Disappointing :(

Rolls very easily and smoothly. Nice all around. Straps and dividers to hold things steady, very durable yet lightweight.

I love everything about this carry-on! Both insides zip to keep everything in place along with two zipper sides for small things. It’s simple. Cute. Sturdy. Of course while choosing the color I chose, there will be scruff marks but I use a Clorox wipe and it’s easily fixable.

EXTERIOR: These luggages are definitely a must if you are flying first-class/business. I now understand why women feel the way they do about their expensive handbags, because after buying these luggages, Ive been trying to find any excuses to show off my luxurious luggages! From the airport to check-in to having my luggages delivered to my hotel room, I have been flaunting these babies EVERYWHERE! And in every single business trip, Im always getting complimented on them or have someone ask about them. INTERIOR: As for the interior, the zippers very high-quality. The knitting on it feels pretty solid. Im sure they will last me for a few years compared to the other luggages Ive had problems with in the recent past. (Why have zippers in a suitcase if theyre not built for people who try to fit as much in as possible, which is like everyone. Right?!) Better zippers means you can pack more, because when we just squeeze everything in, we depend on the zippers to hold it all down haha. BONUS: The mobility (aka wheels) on these things are fantastic. If you are traveling with a companion, or even a stranger, and you guys have a little bit of wait time in-between flights and you want to be annoying like me, show them how effortless it takes for you to move your suitcase compares to theirs (everything is a competition when youre with business buddies lol).

This is a great piece of luggage at a great price. I wish it came in additional colors - only available in black when I bought it. I am usually a Tumi buyer but this is an equal product at half the price. Hardware, wheels and telescoping handle are top notch. I had to buy this on short notice when another piece of luggage was ruined by TSA and had been researching other well-known brands but am convinced this is a top buy!

This luggage was impressive! 10/10 recommend!
