Only thing I dislike is the fact that I never really used the lock feature, maybe in the future. Other than that I love this set, even when I thought the zipper woild break closing it, or the fabric would rip on me it didnt! Pretty good product.

I love everything about this carry-on! Both insides zip to keep everything in place along with two zipper sides for small things. It’s simple. Cute. Sturdy. Of course while choosing the color I chose, there will be scruff marks but I use a Clorox wipe and it’s easily fixable.

Zippers are upside down and you have to try to push the zipper down to open the area up. Per the company, exact quote Frist I need to explain the wrong placed zippers. Actually its not wrong placed, you dont have to use it unless you have to do some fixing work(like changing broken wheels). So its designed like that to provent it from being easily open. (spelling is not a strength either for them) I have never had a piece of luggage where the zipper is pretty much non-functional. One has already broken when we tried to push it down in order to open it. The company also did not want to honor my email and Amazon invoice for the warranty; even though their website states that if you purchase Level8 product through other channels, please email us to activate our warranty service. Very disappointed in the quality and placement of inside zipper and with their customer service. Update on review. After messaging back and forth for days, they suitcase with the broken zipper was replaced! This should have been the right thing for the seller to do when they were told about the broken zipper.

Love my new luggage. Took to London as carryon to move my daughter for grad school. Stuffed with both mine and her clothes for a week…her carryon was packed with the rest of her clothing for the school year. My luggage wasn’t scratched…but her more expensive Monos carryon had scratches! Lock was great and zippers held well even with how packed the bag was for the trip there. Can’t wait to use it again when I move her out this year. Love the green color also…different but muted and beautiful!

Love how the wheels roll easily and the sleek look just makes it great to travel with. Also love how easy it is to pack my clothes in this bag.

Didn’t pass the very first test. Got broken during the first flight on American Airlines.

We bought this for a trip to Alaska when we had very few spaces to store things. I could stuff and stuff things into this and it always closed no matter how much. The lock was super easy to set and use as well! Gave me great peace of mind knowing all my important stuff was in here!

bought this last minute and it has been so amazing! durable and is the perfect size and weight
