> 24 hourWe actually bought one for upstairs and one for down. Fitz and Simmons, as we named them (if you are an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D fan youll get it) and they have been working perfectly for six months. App works flowlessly and never had any problems with connection. Nice features, accurate humidity readings. No weird nooks and crannies to make it difficult to clean. I highly recommend.

> 24 hourReally like this humidifier, however it is much easier to use from the app than using it directly from the control panel on the actual humidifier itself - which can be an issue when a caretaker is home with baby and not able to easily access the app. The reason I mention this, you cannot put the humidifier into sleep mode on any other function other than auto and the only way to turn off the display with it in a different mode is through the app. Only drawback to this humidifier thus far.

> 24 hourIt is a decent looking device and certainly works as advertised. It can empty the entire reservoir in one day if left on high, so it can really pump out the mist. It is very quiet and can regulate itself by maintaining a particular humidity level, which is a nice feature. On the minus side, while it can be app controlled, the app is ludicrously bloated and intrusive with endless notifications and advertisements. The hygrometer that it uses to maintain a set humidity gets thrown off wildly when refilling the reservoir making it necessary to set it to low for a few hours to settle it down before putting it back on automatic or else itll never turn itself back on again no matter how dry the room is. The display is either super bright or off. It would be nice if it could be dimmed at night. After a year and a half of use, the plastic around the transducer is being eroded away by the ultrasound (cavitation erosion) but I imagine the only real problem with that is it will get a little louder in the future. But the biggest problem is how difficult it is to clean. Around here, red mildew (actually bacteria) forms in all damp spaces and this humidifier is no different. Thats not the humidifiers fault. But there are so many small spaces both in the base and at the bottom of the reservoir, which doubles as the spout for the mist output, that even a toothbrush is too big to reach them. Also the spout has a noise reducer that can be partially disassembled, but part of it is fixed at the bottom of the spout and cant be removed or reached unless you have a very specifically shaped bottle brush. The instructions only talk about cleaning out scale with vinegar, a problem I dont have, but make no mention of how to actually clean for bacteria or mildew. Ive used diluted chlorine bleach, but that small part at the base of the spout cant be reached so I just pour the bleach through as the last step and its good enough, I guess, but whatever I couldnt reach just re-seeds the bacteria making more frequent cleanings necessary. Every other problem could be chalked up as a quirk, but the pain of cleaning this machine is the reason I wouldnt recommend this unit to others.

> 24 hourI had this for less than a year and I don’t regularly use it cause every week I have to clean it if I decide to use it on a regular basis. I use it only when me or my daughter seem to be coming down with colds or cough as it helps us be able to breathe easily at night. After a few months if not being able to use it, I just noticed multiple cracks developed all around the water reservoir right where it connects to the base. Has anyone else had this problem? This humidifier was never dropped and I was wondering if this was an ongoing issue with this because I really would like to buy a new one but if this was an issue that’s ongoing then I would buy a different one instead of buying this again

> 24 hourThe product seems well made. It is easy to set up and operate also. The app is great too. Gives you more options actually. Also it uses WIFI and not bluetooth and that means you can change settings from any location you might be at. In other words if I was at work I can turn it on or off and use all the settings that it offers. The part that worried me is you can’t just leave water in it for a couple days sitting. I know that’s the sane with any humidifier because of bacteria or mold possibly developing. So unless your room is really low in humidity. (Under 30%), don’t fill it up your first time using it. It can hold about 1.5 gallons filled. Try a gallon or maybe slightly less. Experiment at first because the size of the room and other factors play a huge part on getting your desired results. Make sure you clean it even more often than once a week. Better safe than sorry. You can also get an additional year of warranty coverage by registering your product using the app you can use to control it. Don’t forget to do that because you only have 16 days from purchase date. Overall so far I like the product and the company gives plenty of info. Both in the box or on the internet. Make sure you purchase a hydrometer to keep in the room to measure your true humidity level in the room. I bought an Acurite for $16. Tells room temo and humidity level. So far everything is testing within 2% of the reading. I would buy this product again. But there are other good choices too. The app is what makes this device worth the price.

> 24 hourLove this humidifer. Just dont make the same mistake I did by using Tap Water. Only use Distilled Water. Tap Water will create White Dust / a Faint Fog in the room due to the minerals in tap water that will literally soak the the entire room in a white chalky powder that will need to be wiped down constantly. Ill probably at some point need to buy a Distilled Water Generator to save money on Store Bought Distilled Water. App is easy to use. And highly reccomend just using Auto Mode. Sensor can be sensitive so find thresholds that work for your room. If Target Humidity can never be met, Humidifer will never turn off during Auto Mode to save water. Try lowering Humidity Levels. Fans and Open Windows greatly affect humidity levels so find thresholds that work in tandem with those variables if you have any. Humidifer is very quiet and you can barely hear it. I have it on my nightstand next to my bed and is not an issue.

> 24 hourI like this unit but I immediately determined I didn’t want to use it in the auto mode. After it reached the set humidity it seemed to never turn back on. I now just set it to medium and let it run. It’s gets that orange staining like any other humidifiers but it’s relatively easy to clean. There is one small part that comes out from the bottom of the tank that is hard to clean. Overall the humidifier will run for about 3 days before it requires a refill. Large opening makes refilling easy.
