It really puts moisture into the air quickly and is super quiet. Very easy to use. I havent even set it up on the app yet to use the smart features. I just put it on automatic and it runs at a very high level until it reaches 50% humidity and then it adjusts accordingly. If you couldnt visually see the moisture coming out of it, you would have to keep checking that its on because its so quiet. Im going to buy a second one for the upstairs.

I consider this humidifier a good purchase; however, there are some caveats. First the Pros: (1) It is almost silent, even at the highest output level. I have never owned a more silent ultrasonic humidifier, so this is a treat! (2) It is easy enough to clean, with few impossible nooks and crannies. (3) sleep mode (which turns the output on auto up to 50% humidity) works as expected at night. (4) it is easy to operate with just the buttons - no need to use the app. I dont use the app, aroma diffuser, or night light, so I cant comment on those features. Now Cons: (1) I had a powerhouse of a humidifier prior to this one - an Air O Swiss before the company was bought out by Boneco. I still miss that one greatly. It output mist like an illegally-opened fire hydrant in the summertime. Before buying this humidifier, I didnt do my research and mistakenly relied on the size of the tank to indicate whether I thought it would humidify my living room adequately. Both this one and my Air O Swiss are a similar capacity in the water tanks. However, the Levoit struggles in my livingroom to get the humidity past 40% when the radiator is blasting on a cold day (no ability to control the heat output where I live). My living room area is about 400 sqft. The description for this humidifier makes it seem like it should be able to handle a room this size. They clearly did not count on NYC apartment heating. If you are in the same situation as me where you cant control the heat output and they are blasting it, this humidifier is only good for the bedroom. For the living room, you really want something with a mist output that is double or triple the output of this one. I am considering the Levoit LV600S for this reason - mist output is 300ml/h for cold mist and 550ml/h for warm mist. For comparison, my current Levoit humidifier outputs mist at 135mL/hr. I should have paid attention to these numbers from the start. Learn from my mistake! (2) Although this humidifier is much easier to clean than my old humidifier, it still does have a few impossible nooks and crannies that a small bottle brush and the tiny (included) brush cant reach. Those areas are permanently discolored with use. This is minor and something I am willing to live with. (3) The hygrometer on the humidifier is often 7 to 10 degrees more generous than reality. I have found hygrometers on humidifiers to be inaccurate across all the different brands Ive owned, so I just ignore the humidity number altogether. I have independent hygrometers in every room of my apartment. However, if you are relying ONLY on the hygrometer on this device to assure yourself that you are at the healthy 40% to 60% humidity range, do yourself a favor and get some independent hygrometers. Your nose will thank you.

I bought this humidifier because my kiddos were constantly under the weather and I wanted something big enough to cover my living space during the day, since thats where we mostly were throughout the day. After a few houyr with the machine on, the room began to look smokey (Like a dense fog). So now we only use it a couple hours at a time because of the fog it develops.

This thing can crank out the moisture if you need it or just keep you at a steady range works very well in my room and don’t need to refill until 3-4 days from half. Easy instructions and lots of cautions on where to pour your water also a good idea to use distilled water to keep it working for a long time due to the absence of minerals accumulating

We love this humidifier! After going through 2 that broke or stopped working, I finally caved and bought a nicer one. It’s easy to clean, I love that I can turn it on or off with my phone while I’m rocking my child to sleep, and gives me updates and reminders when it’s out of water or needs a cleaning. It’s worth the money!

The humidifier is great, love all the smart features. I appreciate the large tank on the humidifier, but it still runs out daily. I run it 24/7 (on Auto), because its winter, and my apartment gets SUPER dry with the heat on. Its very quiet, even on max, especially compared to my heater. I never use the sleep mode, but Im sure its useful for some people that are more sensitive to noise. Ive lived in urban areas for a long time, so it could be 10x louder, and I still wouldnt notice it. One issue I had was that I lowered the desired humidity level (on Auto), and it didnt seem to lower the output, so the humidity was higher than I wanted it to be. I had to switch to manual, adjust the output there, wait for the humidity to drop, then go back to Auto. Not sure if this was a one time glitch, or a problem with Auto mode. It only happened the one time, havent really changed the humidity level since then.

How LEVOIT Humidifiers Changed My Life for the Better I have always suffered from dry nose, especially in the winter months when the air is cold and dry. I tried many different moisturizers and creams, but nothing seemed to help. I also had trouble sleeping at night, as my throat and nose would get irritated and congested. I was desperate for a solution, until I discovered LEVOIT Humidifiers. LEVOIT Humidifiers are amazing devices that add moisture to the air in your bedroom, large room, or home. They have a 6-liter water tank that can last up to 36 hours on a low mist setting, and a top fill design that makes it easy to refill without spilling. They also have a smart sensor that automatically adjusts the mist level according to the humidity in the room, and a remote control that lets you change the settings from anywhere in the room. But what I love most about LEVOIT Humidifiers is how they improved my health and well-being. Since I started using them, I noticed a significant difference in my skin and hair. They are softer, smoother, and more hydrated. I also breathe easier and sleep better at night, as I no longer suffer from dryness and congestion. I feel more refreshed and energized in the morning, and ready to face the day. LEVOIT Humidifiers are not only good for me, but also for my plants and pets. They help keep them healthy and happy by providing them with the optimal humidity level. They also add a touch of elegance and style to my home, with their sleek and modern design. They are easy to clean and maintain, and come with a 1-year warranty and lifetime customer support. If you are looking for a way to improve your indoor air quality and comfort, I highly recommend LEVOIT Humidifiers. They are the best humidifiers I have ever used, and they have changed my life for the better. You wont regret buying them!

I was reading up on the best brand humidifiers after going through 3 not so great ones. The Levoit brand seems to be really well known and big in the humidifier world, and while it was a bit more than Id like to spend, decided to give it a try. Ive been pleasantly pleased so far. Since I have really hard well water I only put distilled or purified water into the unit. Since Ive gotten mine one of nieces and one of my nephews have also decided on getting a humidifier of the same brand so its family approved.

The product seems well made. It is easy to set up and operate also. The app is great too. Gives you more options actually. Also it uses WIFI and not bluetooth and that means you can change settings from any location you might be at. In other words if I was at work I can turn it on or off and use all the settings that it offers. The part that worried me is you can’t just leave water in it for a couple days sitting. I know that’s the sane with any humidifier because of bacteria or mold possibly developing. So unless your room is really low in humidity. (Under 30%), don’t fill it up your first time using it. It can hold about 1.5 gallons filled. Try a gallon or maybe slightly less. Experiment at first because the size of the room and other factors play a huge part on getting your desired results. Make sure you clean it even more often than once a week. Better safe than sorry. You can also get an additional year of warranty coverage by registering your product using the app you can use to control it. Don’t forget to do that because you only have 16 days from purchase date. Overall so far I like the product and the company gives plenty of info. Both in the box or on the internet. Make sure you purchase a hydrometer to keep in the room to measure your true humidity level in the room. I bought an Acurite for $16. Tells room temo and humidity level. So far everything is testing within 2% of the reading. I would buy this product again. But there are other good choices too. The app is what makes this device worth the price.

Works great and love that it hooks up to my phone and Alexa devices. Let’s you turn the humidifier on/off, set humidity level, and monitor levels as well. Set up was very easy.
