Tastes better very cold.

It fills you full of good minerals and fluids all while sucking your money out of your pocket. My favorite flavor is still the lemon/lime. My daughter uses these due to her health issues and I really should consider buying stock in this company as much as I have to purchase it.

I absolutely love Liquid IV for rehydration! I always make sure I have it stocked in my home and drink one after/during each workout. The grape flavor is my favorite.

5/5 Rating This works!!! In my fathers case - a little too good. He drank one Monday and he was back and forth to the bathroom all day. I drank some and I did notice a difference. It hydrates you and makes you feel as if you drank 3 bottles of water. Also, it tastes pretty good. I like the grape flavor the best.

I’m on Accutane and this is the only product I have tried that actually makes me feel hydrated and able to deal with the side effects. Better than any sports drink I’ve ever tried. I drink two of these first thing in the morning. Concord grape is my absolute favorite flavor and I have tried all of them. If you’re thinking about trying this out, it’s 100% worth it! Liquid IV has saved me from the adverse side effects of Accutane. I am a repeat customer!
