Mastercook 15 Recipe PC

I have mastercook 15, and it stopped working as mastercook does not support the program on Firefox.. I have not been able to make this work and I do not advise anyone to purchase this program, at this time. After a month of emailing mastercook they are not willing or unable to fix anything. It was a great program when it worked. Not now. Beware

I just purchased this software from Mastercook. If you are unhappy with Cookn you need to check this out. I had been using Mastercook for years but Cookn allowed syncing between devices and now they want $14.99 a month to do this. Well Mastercook cost 9.99 a year to sync.

Not easy to use. Down loaded manual but very hard to understand. I have repeatedly tried to import recipes Which company said was easy and I have not been able to do so successfully yet. Frustrated with product.

Great product. Been using it for years...easy to add updated versions. It transfers the history into the new program. I think the first one I had was on floppies!!

Great product accompanied with even better customer support. Questions are answered within 24 hours with links to on line solutions and then followed up with e-mails. Couldnt ask for more.

Some issues running on W10, but works ok

A very long time ago I used Mastercook and then switched over to Living Cook because their software was so much easier to utilize. Then came the day when LC disappeared and I had nearly 2K of recipes that I could not access. I read that Mastercook would convert those recipes so I bought it. Big mistake. You have to send your recipes to their customer service department if the conversion process didnt work. It didnt. What a pain!! Then came the problem of trying to simply print out a recipe onto a 5x8 card. The convoluted steps I had to go through for each recipe has completely soured me on Mastercook. The best I could do for printing is portrait and I prefer landscape. I have been so completely disgusted by this software that I no longer try to use it for collecting recipes. Why bother. I just use it for the recipes that do not have nutritional information. So I am once more looking for new software.

Didnt find it met expectations at all, overall pretty disappointed.

There is no upgrade to the latest version. I have tried numerous times to sync this to the website and it will not sync. The help site is way to technical for the average person to try and fix the issue. It is not as easy to use as I was led to believe.

Bought the cook book and would not load sent back I have windows 10 not happy at all
