> 3 dayAnother product not as advertised. I registered the product and was promptly swamped with upgrades I could buy, The major cookbook that was advertised to be included was there, but for sale. They graciously included the capability to download 30 recipes from the internet for free; if I wanted additional recipes, there was a monthly account for sale that would allow me to download more recipes (very generous, I thought). I have a MasterCook 5 program now that seems to me to have more capabilities than the 15. And, oh by the way, the 22 cookbooks available on the 15 version contain many of the same cookbooks I have on the 5. Not a happy camper.

> 3 dayThis software is a must have for those of you who want to organize your recipes and know the nutritional information too! I am in the process of importing all of my recipes and genuinely enjoy how easy this product is to use.

> 3 dayHave been using MasterCook for years. Did a family and friends cookbook as Christmas gifts several years ago, they were a big hit, some have been handed down to their kids. I like the fact that I can now share recipe books and my recipes with family on line, great feature, I dont any longer get those phone calls How did you make this. Great program,

> 3 daySoftware looks like it was written in the 80s and never updated. Wont let you import recipes from other cookbook programs. As a Software Engineer with over 40 years experience, Id be ashamed to put my name of this package.

Resistance is Futile!
> 3 dayThere are very few computer cookbooks available, of all of them, this is the most useful. Not perfect, but better than the others out there.

> 3 dayThis software requires ongoing investment without providing modern functionality. As other reviews have mentioned, the program looks like a relic from the 90s. I owned 8.0 and paid to “upgrade” to 15.0. There were no new features, the print layouts were still archaic, and the glitches with web imports and other basic tasks remained. In the years between 8.0 and 15.0, the only observable change was a “home” screen that allowed you to navigate between online (paid) account access and your pc. The site previously advertised free web accounts but has since changed to requiring all accounts to pay a subscription. Clearly the company has received many complaints from unhappy customers as there are repeated references to the product being non-refundable. There is no place on the site where customers can provide feedback/reviews. Further, the tech support in my experience was snippy and rude.

> 3 dayI have used MasterCook for years and years. To be honest I only use it to create my own cookbook. Sometimes there have been major glitches like it accidentally deletes all my recipes! The good news is that their support team is fantastic and always walks me through any problems that I have helpfully and patiently. I especially acknowledge Pam Erickson for this.

> 3 dayI found absolutely nothing new about and in some ways, its more difficult to make even the most basic changes to recipes.
