This set of 4 12 pack LED recessed lights is a fantastic value - less than half of other brands, and they work great! I particularly appreciate the night mode wherein the downlight or a dim band around the top of the light will turn on. I have some experience with other lights that do the same - they are supposed to remember the mode last used when power is turned back on, and this does not always work. I do not know if these lights suffer from the same issue. But so far I love them!

These are pretty much exactly what you want for pot lights. No more need for deep can installations. And those got hot, sometimes needed insulation, etc. These are so slim and easy to install. If these are a retrofit, you can have them in there almost as quickly as changing a light bulb. The major plus in these is the night light. At bedtime, I can give the switch a waggle and they go into night mode. Its a wee bit bright with the six of them - but works for an hour. Ive got the switch to Alexa, so its timed to turn off after. The color adjustment makes for perfect room aesthetics and then rather than wire nuts, the trend is WAGOs. These are knock-offs but work great. The quality is hard to say thus far. The connection box metal is a bit thin but fine. Maybe this is a bit lower quality than the build of the old cans, but likely it is all it needs. My guess is ten years before needing service. This is a great set at a great price.

This is an excellent deal to retro fit older style lights and that is what I am doing in our kitchen. I got these style lights because they are dimmable, they are easy to hookup using 3 wires, Black, white and ground and probably the most important for me is the choice of the 5 different color light options they offer. I have to locate these in existing holes already in the ceiling which takes the place of older style can lights. The spring loaded install clips on these Meconard 6 Inch LED Canless Recessed Lights are working perfect for my installation method. Note that it is important that you measure your opening and be sure that the hole does not exceed their dimensions in the description. Their dimensions are exact for these lights. The wiring could not be simpler and be sure that you are able to hook up the ground wire to prevent any kind of flicker. This is the only thing holding me up is I have to run some ground wires to the existing cans. I also love the added option of the night light feature and this is easily turned on or off by the wall switch. After initially turning the light on, just turn it off and within 2 seconds turn the switch on again, this will give you the orange night light. Do the same to put it back in normal mode. Overall this is a great deal and these are really nice lights and offer choice of color options and being dimmable.

These recessed lighting has a very cool feature of the Halo night light effect. The nightlight has a warm color and is the ring is well placed so that it does not hurt your eye. The halo light can be turned on by using the power switch and is very easy to control. The main LED lighting is very bright and is dimmable with a dimmer switch and works well to brighten up the entire room. What I like: 1. Cool halo light effect 2. 5 color temperature to choose from 3. Easy installation No notable concern at time of writing.

The lights dim very smooth and I did not see any flickering. We are going to be installing these in our living room once we get to that point in the renovation so I hope they hold up long term. They were packaged very nicely and the press in wire nuts inside the box seemed to be quality and hold things tight. They also use a standard 3pin low voltage lighting connector if you need to extend the distance to the control box without running more conduit or ROMEX.

Great addition to my kitchen nook and a spotlight to my plants. Easy to install - looks great. Nice tone. Brightened up my space.

I ordered these LED recessed ceiling lights to upgrade my house from the old school can light that it came with. the main reason for this is to brighten up the house and reduce the energy consumption. These LED recessed lights are nice as you can pretty much install them anywhere even if theres a stud in the way. I think its a nice touch that these have a switch to change color temperature and with the junction box being separated form the light, wiring of these lights are a piece of cake. for rooms that need additional lighting, you can cut the hole in ceiling and not worry about studs. the spring loaded clamps are sturdy and keep the light clamped in place.

The lights are great...good build, efficient, bright. The jp box includes push-in type connectors, but no cable restraints/clamps. The unique feature of these lights is the 3-watt night light setting. After installation, simply switch to on for normal lighting. The light beam with the pre-selected color temperature will be brightly dispersed downward. To select the 3-watt night light setting simply turn the switch on-off-on within 5 seconds. The thick edge (about 1/4) of the light will glow with a low intensity along its circumference. Although I like the option and the effect, I dont like the thickness of the rim. I prefer similiar lights that install flat to the ceiling. These lights sit about 1/4 proud, so they are a bit more noticeable. Most people wont mind this, but these lights dont suit us as much as ones we have installed in other rooms. For us, the look is not worth the night light option.
