I love the night light feature of these can lights and its something that Ive never seen before! They also have different light options, which are selected by a switch (see my close up pic). Great value at $69.99 for the 6-pack, which was the price when I ordered them on 2/21/23.

Easy to install, great looking lights giving a dim and bright option. They make a significant upgrade to older can lights and typical LED flat light light.

Before I go into my review, if you do not know what you are doing or not comfortable doing any kind of electrical work, seek out a licensed electrician to help you install these lights! With that said, I absolutely love these thin recessed LED’s. They are so simple to install, simply cut a hole and pop in the light/junction box and the spring clips hold the light tight against the sheet rock. They provide an incredible quality of light in the room, and they are bright! You don’t need a ton of them to evenly light a room. You can also change the color temperature of them to your liking from a more yellow to blueish hue. I prefer pure white. I think it’s the most complementing color temperature to a room since it doesn’t cast a colored hue on everything. The night light feature is awesome! It casts an orange glow from the edges of the lights across the ceiling. Really awesome effect for setting the mood. I would for sure recommend these lights. You can’t go wrong with recessed LED Trims especially with the night light feature!

Very easy to hook up, very satisfied

After installing the Meconard 4 Inch 5CCT LED Canless Recessed Lighting with Night Light in the upstairs rooms where my grandkids stay, Ive had a little time to evaluate their performance, and I must say, Im very impressed. Performance The 5CCT color temperature option is a standout feature. With the option to select from 2700K up to 5000K, Ive been able to customize the lighting to suit the mood and decor of each room. The warmer tones are great for creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, while the cooler ones are perfect for providing a clear and bright light when the kids are playing or studying. Installation Installation was surprisingly straightforward. The canless design saved me the trouble of having to purchase and install separate cans. Wiring was simple as well with the provided junction box, and the fact that the lights are IC rated gave me peace of mind knowing theyre safe to be in contact with insulation. Aesthetics These lights look modern and sleek. The recessed design gives the rooms a clean, streamlined look. But what really sets these lights apart is the nightlight feature. The soft amber glow on the trim of the downlight adds a warm, inviting ambiance to the rooms. Its visually pleasing and makes the rooms feel extra cozy. Safety and Security The nightlight feature has significantly enhanced the safety and security of my home. The soft amber light is just bright enough to provide visibility in the dark without being too harsh or disruptive. This has been particularly helpful for my grandkids, making nighttime trips to the bathroom safer and less daunting for them. The synchronization reset function has proven to be another useful safety feature. It ensures that the lights always return to downlight mode when turned on, providing immediate full illumination. And if the lights get out of sync, a quick off/on cycle after 5 seconds easily resets them. Impact on Daily Life These lights have made my life better in several ways. The ability to customize the color temperature has allowed me to create the perfect lighting conditions for any situation. The nightlight feature provides a sense of security for my grandkids and peace of mind for me. And the easy installation saved me a lot of time and effort. I used a couple of these to replace a fluorescent fixture in our walk in closet. The lights are bright and much better color. Install was relatively easy after you get past the hesitancy to cut into the ceiling. I only wish there were a way to adjust the color of the light while it is installed, that function is on the power supply which gets installed above the ceiling next to the light fixture.

Meconard 12 Pack 6 Inch 5CCT LED Canless Recessed Lighting with Night Light, 2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K/5000K Selectable Ultra-Thin LED Ceiling Lights, 12W=110W, 1050LM, Dimmable Wafer Downlight ETL&FCC The clips for the mounting are a lot easier than some of the other canless lights that use cheap strands of metal to catch the side of where you install them. These ones can either clip on to the ceiling or if you still have can covers above the light holes, they will easily apply pressure to the side walls to keep them up. Looking at the internal components of the controller box, they could have easily just built that in to the light and have it as one unit. But you have to find a place to secure the box which takes away from what could have been a very simple install. The lights are nice a bright and the variable options and night light are great features for these at the cost.

I recommend and install a lot of 4 inch LED ceiling light fixtures and have found that they produce more than enough light. They are easier and faster to install than larger ones. I also like them for task lighting where you have the option to install closer to the work. I like them most because they blend into the ceiling and dont detract from the overall design of the room.

These are pretty much exactly what you want for pot lights. No more need for deep can installations. And those got hot, sometimes needed insulation, etc. These are so slim and easy to install. If these are a retrofit, you can have them in there almost as quickly as changing a light bulb. The major plus in these is the night light. At bedtime, I can give the switch a waggle and they go into night mode. Its a wee bit bright with the six of them - but works for an hour. Ive got the switch to Alexa, so its timed to turn off after. The color adjustment makes for perfect room aesthetics and then rather than wire nuts, the trend is WAGOs. These are knock-offs but work great. The quality is hard to say thus far. The connection box metal is a bit thin but fine. Maybe this is a bit lower quality than the build of the old cans, but likely it is all it needs. My guess is ten years before needing service. This is a great set at a great price.
