> 3 dayAfter my metal Creality extruder bit the dust after 5 rolls of filament I looked for a dual-gear extruder, and I couldnt be happier with this one. it shipped fast, was easy to install, filament loads easily, and it shipped super fast. The machining quality looks good as well, and the design eliminates many of the weaknesses of the Creality model. Im confident that this extruder will last a good while.

> 3 daySo far it seems about 100x better than the Creality aluminum extruder when it comes to tpu. Make sure to follow the instructions and get the tube chamfered and as close to the gears as possible

Greater than one weekThis is an excellent extruder and has given me zero issues. I picked this up (along with an enclosure) to be able to print TPU on an Ender 3 V2 with a Capricorn PTFE tube bowden setup. It is easy to install being a direct drop in replacement for the stock Ender 3 V2 extruder which is infamous for failing. I did not have any issues with my stock extruder, but opted for this one to enable printing TPU and to get ahead of the stock one eventually failing. It is easy to adjust tension for different filaments, even on the fly. Loading/unloading filaments is night and day different to the stock extruder. This one handles most imperfections easily. If you would like to be able to print flexible filaments but are not sold on direct drive, or just looking for an extruder upgrade that is a direct replacement this is an excellent option.

> 3 dayThe automatic removal of the filament makes this worth it alone. This extruder is amazing on my kobra max.

> 3 dayI got this as an upgrade for my CR-6 SE so I can print Carbon Fiber PC as well as getting rid of the plastic extruder that came with the printer. My printer has a filament detector on it, but the install instructions direct you to where you can print out the extension plate to make it fit. Note, only a few models need that printed, not all. Setup was simple, they provided all of the screws and pieces that are needed. Drop in and go. Even eStep calibration is simple. The power and precision that the dual gears provide really do wonders. Prints have became more consistent and the dual gears are strong enough to handle anything. I would recommend this product. If I get a 3rd printer, Ill get another one of these.

> 3 dayUpgraded my basic CR-10 printer extruder to this gear after I was having a lot of issues with slipping gears and not enough power to push the filament through to the hot end. This upgrade solved the issue! I did also have to purchase a new CR-10 motor for the extruder with the D shaped shaft to make this compatible, but that was a cheap purchase which ultimately made my printer function 10x better. Definitely a good product, high quality, and easy to install. Definitely recommend this thing!

> 3 dayI really like this extruder. While the extruder included with the Ender 6 is all metal, it is not truly dual gear as advertised. The follower gear is more of a spline than a gear. The Micro-Swiss extruder is a true dual gear and has a very positive feed. Installation is very straight forward and it just works. Plus, Made In The USA, always a plus for me. This, added to the Micro-Swiss all metal hotend, has made my Ender 6 a dream to operate. Yes, this extruder is a bit more expensive e than others on Amazon but you won’t regret the extra expense.

> 3 dayWorks flawlessly havent had an issue with it it does come with Annoying crimp fittings instead of your regular SharkBite push to connect fittings that hold in the Bowden tube. So every once in awhile it would randomly pop out due to the little rings that slide over the tube not being the correct size the way I fix that is grab a screwdriver somewhat hog it out and then crimp it down with pliers afterwards lightly so it doesnt restrict flow but keep a good connection.
