> 3 dayInstallation took less then 10 minutes and was ready to go. Followed instructions and set esteps to 130 and then did a calibration. Mine was very slightly off and had to adjust to 133.4, but the esteps they give you will work mostly which is good for those who dont know how to calibrate their esteps. Ive not had a single skip/slip while using this extruder when your extruder clicks, its skipping. All and all I would buy it again and again.

Greater than one weekThis is so good it wont start clicking when your hot end starts to clog. It can chew up the filament when that happens enlarging the filament a bit more than 1.75! Thats a problem if youre using Capricorn tubing . I switched to ptfe tubing at 2.0mm ID up to the hot end. I do like this extruder over the Creality single gear.

> 3 dayThis is the best upgrade you can purchase for your printer. The tolerances are exact, the dual feed gears mesh together really well, the tension system is great. No more chatter, not more failure to feed forward. I works perfectly. I did have to buy a new stepper motor because mine came with a pressed on gear, but the new one was $11. Installation was easy. Go for it, spend the money, you will not regret it.

Greater than one weekThis print was taken straight from the printer... no spider webs... This combined with the Hero printhead mod drastically improved my printing... I also think my popup enclosure helps as I keep my house on the cold side.

> 3 dayMetal shavings stuck to the side of the top opening, damage to both sides of the bottom one. Id send it back but I need it today. Loust QC and obviously zero inspection. I was able to clean it up with a micro-file, but for a $50 extruder to have such an abysmal level of quality control? The manufacturer should be embarrassed.

> 3 dayFor the price I thought I was getting a stainless steel part, but its all aluminum. It works so far.

Greater than one weekThis unit is much better than the stock extruder, or the 12 dollar unit I purchased to upgrade the stock unit.

Greater than one weekOn one level this extruder is silly... for $50 more you could move to a direct drive system and be done with it. But if you have an older 3d printer that you are largely happy with and just want easier changing of filament or better control of extrusion, this is about as good as you are going to get. Everything on it from the tension adjustment to the piece of tubing which guides in new filament just makes more sense on this extruder than it does on any other. Really this extruder is a critique of every other extruder I have ever used. Really it works great. For example I am printing out some vase-mode models while intentionally using over-extrusion (0.6mm line width through a 0.4mm nozzle) and it does not miss a beat at the printers standard speed. It just happily pushes filament. Installation is easy except for cutting a notch in the Bowden tube. Some kind of guide or jig would have made that a lot easier. That being said, I did manage to do it with filament snips, so I cant really complain. Combined with a BLTouch and OctoPrint, I have removed all the things I found annoying about 3d printing and am enjoying everything much more. On the other hand, for the amount I have spent on upgrading my Ender3 Pro I probably could have just bought a better 3d printer to begin with!

> 3 dayHigh quality, the only small thing is that the bowden tube is a little hard to install and slips every once in a while.
