I was told that taking Magnesium would help to keep me regular, and it does. This is my 3rd bottle and I will continue to order. I do recommend starting with 1 tablet, and build up from there. My first time I took 3 tablets and that was a huge mistake!

I have CRPS so Im on medication for the pain associated with it. Because of that, constipation is an issue. I found this stuff through research and it has been a God send! I take 5 before bed on days when Im stopped up with 8 ounces of water. Now, let me warn you. If you take these for the first time, make sure its a day off when you have access to a bathroom because wow....youre gonna have to run. What I love about these is that theyre non habit forming and they really work! To maintain a clear system, I take 2 nightly with water and have no issues. If the first dose doesnt work, just take 5 more the next night and thatll do it. These are simply great!!

This does not cause much cramping if you find the right dose for you. And let’s be honest, cramps are contractions, sometimes we need just a little. ..,I will take two for a few days and then if that doesn’t work as much as I’d like, I’ll take three. (Three does seem to be good amount for me but will dial it back, depending). My mom only takes one and it works for her! I take it at night and in the morning, good to go! Nothing else has working for me. Laxatives do cramp! And they don’t feel healthy and habit forming. Psyllium husks made me bloat. I can’t recommend this enough.

Mag07 never disappoints when cleansing. You will find what your body can handle because it definitely does the job of eliminating waste. The only time I find discomfort is when there is blockage and it is moving it out. Make sure to read directions and follow them so you can get the results.

This is the first product review I have ever shared, however, I am so pleased with this product- i feel the need to share my success story. First, I will try to spare the disgusting details. It is clear that my digestive system does not work properly. The doctor told me I need to eat more fiber, however, that didnt make sense as I am a vegetarian and with a diet rich in fruits and vegetables my fiber intake is pretty high. My body has been holding on to waste so long, I experience stomach pain and nausea every time I eat food. I am not sure if there is a connection but I was also having regular headaches, trouble sleeping, rapid weight gain and a face prone to more breakouts than in the past. Other reviews suggest they saw results the next day and did not need to take 5 pills, so I started with three pills at night and I drank plenty of water. I did feel the tummy rumblings but the next day, I did not see results and I was discouraged. My second evening, I went ahead and took five and drank lots of water. I saw results on the third day, not a massive elimination event, like others have experienced, but it did work and I hadnt been able to go for at least a week before I ordered these. I have been maintaining a constant 3 pills since Id started and continue to have regular movements (multiple a day). Since I started 5 days ago, I have lost nearly 5 pounds (my assumption is that is how much waste my body was carrying) and that number continues to drop, I havent had any stomach pains when I eat and my acne is clearing up. I take these daily. As a women who struggles with bowel issues, if I don’t take this supplement I normally will go 7-14 days without using the bathroom. These do not give me ANY discomfort unlike many laxatives do. I honestly cannot live without this stuff!

I cant stand taking exlax and will only do so in a pinch as it gives horrid cramps with little results. This stuff? It works. For best results, take the pills on an empty stomach and take some lemon juice in a full glass of warm water with them to get them going. I am sure the golden dosage varies from person to person. One tablet may work immediately for some while others need 6-7 a day for a couple of days. So start out low and increase the dose if no effect. If I am seriously in need of clearing out, I will take 5 of these babies along with about 3-4 pills of cascara sagrada (usually found at wal-mart and cheap). Expect to stay home. This is usually after being on vacation and coming home with a bloated, constipated belly from restaurant food. I used to take the Oxypowder pills and swore by them but this is a cheaper option and also works. I have read reviews on this product on other websites giving it low ratings...because it was not an effective weight loss tool. Seriously? Dont take this as a diet pill! Its not a diet pill...any weight loss is your own feces stored in your colon, not the fat on your thighs. Its for constipation. Use it for that.
