Works well

Product does not reach speeds as advertised. I normally get 900-950mb up and down, but I am stuck at 300-350mb up and down with this. I contacted NETGEAR’s support and they determined nothing was wrong with my end. They advised me that I return the product due to defects.

It did not work. I maybe got a lemon. The return window has passed so I’m stuck with a paperweight. I recommend testing it even if you are not ready to use it.

Got a new Comcast router that only has 2 ethernet ports. This smart switch added 8 more.

Fantastic and rock solid with no maintenance since day one. The only tiny drawback is that the mounting holes only accommodated a vertical mount with the jacks facing left, when for my setup I needed them facing the other way... Pretty minor nit and was able to work around it.
