> 24 hourHappy with the product overall. It correct shut off water twice times over 2 years... only issue is the last time it would not reopen valves (kept sensing water even after drying senor for 48 hours). This is my second purchase, still a good value for the money it saved me.

> 24 hourThe unit was installed for the directions exactly. When I installed the hot water shut off valve I noticed it was slightly loose. I ran the test for the instructions and there was no leaks and everything worked normally. 30 seconds after I started a load the wall side threaded adapter separated from the hot water shut-off valve completely. On closer inspection it appears to be held together with a c ring. So its not actually part of the shut-off valve. 140 degree hot water squirted out at me under 80 psi. By failing at this location the device itself could not shut off the hot water that was spraying out. This cause physical injury and property damage. This design flaw needs to be addressed by the manufacturer!

> 24 hourUPDATE: Have been speaking with seller. Fully willing to send a replacement and update with the newer version. Great service on their part so moving to 5 stars. First review: We installed the units and initially they worked great. After a few months, the top portion, Blue valve, now is leaking slowly. All of the connections are good but it leaks from the top. After searching for a customer service number to see about an exchange, I cannot find anything and there is no way to return. Will update the rating if able to connect with seller and get resolved.

> 24 hourIt was easy to install everything worked as it should and seems well made time will tell . For the price and ease of installation well worth the ease of mind if something does leak.

> 24 hourI purchased this product at the end of February. It was working fine and everything was great until this morning. I attempted to do a load of laundry and my washer alerted me that no water was flowing. I checked the alarm and it was off for some reason (there was not a leak and hoses were fine). All lights were off on the alarm. I pushed the reset button and nothing happened. I unplugged the alarm and plugged it into another outlet and it worked for a second and then kept tripping the GFI and then it finally just died. The frustrating thing is when it broke it shut the water off so no matter what we had to pull out the stacking washer and dryer from a tight space so it took us over an hour to pull them out and unhook the alarm connections to then do a direct hookup with no alarm protection. What is the warranty on this thing and to be honest I dont even want it anymore as why was it tripping the breaker (not safe) and I dont trust it anymore. 100.00 bucks down the drain I am not happy

> 24 hourReceived defective unit and manufacturers customer service advised me to return, which I did. These are a good idea but no one has made a quality one yet. Other well know brand triggers error codes on newer washing machines. For another brand, folks talk about the solenoids failing and CAUSING massive, unchecked washing machine leaks/floods. Id happily pay for a good quality automatic washing machine shutoff valve, if someone ever makes one. Until then, my judgement is these things have more potential for causing a leak than for stopping one.

> 24 hourThis appears to be a really well made set of shutoff valves for washing machine leaks. It is very easy to install; took mr about 15 minutes. The kit comes with everything you need. They seem to have thought of everything, including the possibility that the AC wall outlets are already fully in use.

> 24 hourI brought this product in April 2022 for a difficult to access stacked second floor washer/dryer. Following a repair issue 12/2121, the washer drain hose became dislodged, and the device detected water on the floor, properly shutting off the water. I am grateful that it worked, however, the valves will not reopen. The washer shut off with a low flow error message. I have taken the unit out of service, disconnected the wifi component, extensively dried the sensor, but the solenoids are stuck closed. So, in summary, the product worked ONCE, then became useless. Although I understand it prevented a costly leak repair, for the money, I would expect this product to reset and continue to work more than once.

> 24 hourThe wiring diagram is easy to red but can be confusing to install. Double check all your connections by following each line to its proper destination. Then when you want to use the wire ties be sure to secure the wires so that disconnection of the unit is possible.

> 24 hourQuality control issues! After installing only 3-4 months ago, the alarm goes off all the time when Im washing my clothes and there are no leaks...sensor and floor around it is bone dry. After multiple tries contacting the company I finally got through. The replacement worked for a few months then had the same issue again! Defective product and poor customer service. What a waste of $ and time. Dont buy this. There are alternatives on the market.
