> 3 dayFollowed and reviewed installation instructions several times and product did not work. It would not permit water to flow to washing machine Controller on this unit was defective. When plugged into wall none of the lights came on. Ordered a replacement unit from Amazon and it installed and works perfectly. Suggest you plug in control unit before doing anything else to be sure it works. A light should come on.

> 3 dayA few years ago I had a main floor laundry hose burst and it made a heck of a mess. Yes my insurance did cover all the damage but the stress it took was way too much. I did install new hoses which should be replaced after a few years anyway and, because my taps are so hard to get at I decided to buy this kit I found the directions very easy to follow and the company gives you all the ties washers and instructions you will need It took me a little longer because I have several obstacles to overcome. Once I hooked everything up I decided to test the unit as mentioned in the instructions and everything was good. I was happy that they gave me a generous amount of wire so I could hook the control up and allow it very easy access Now, if I decide to go away somewhere for a few days I can just push the button and you can hear the water valves closing It is nice to know I should not have to worry about another hose leaking again Well packaged, well priced, and well thought out

> 3 dayPackage is well presented and contains all the bits you should need to install it. Installation was straightforward and on testing seemed to work fine. Just rememeber to close your valves before testing if you havent connected to machine as they will open. Star removed for app, its not great and was a pain to setup. It also keeps sending notifications when it connects to wifi. I dont care, i only want a notification if there is a leak. Its quite annoying. You dont need app to use this, will work fine without.

> 3 dayI bought this less than a year ago. It goes off intermittently without any water leak and will not reset. I have no idea what triggers this thing. There is no override so my wife cannot do laundry when it thinks it has detected water. This last time it alarmed, it was 3 days before it would finally reset and we were unable to do laundry, as it closes the valves and is near impossible to get to in my situation. I contacted the company and they told me to pay to ship it back to them so they can look at the unit. Once again, it is a huge job to get to the valves in my setup so I could remove it. Then they want me to pay to ship it to them. I thought maybe they would send a new sensor or some other easy solution for the customer. But no. Id look for other options. This thing isnt worth the hassle and certainly not worth this price.

> 3 dayThe concept is great, but when the water sensor is placed on a concrete floor, it shuts the water off. Repeated test, by removing/reinstalling ac plug, same results. Do I need to seal/paint the concrete floor where the sensor goes?

> 3 dayInstallation was pretty easy, but connecting it to the wifi is impossible!! I have tried for days. The app sends me no new message message all the time- many times a day, even though nothing is connected to the app.

> 3 dayI purchased this product at the end of February. It was working fine and everything was great until this morning. I attempted to do a load of laundry and my washer alerted me that no water was flowing. I checked the alarm and it was off for some reason (there was not a leak and hoses were fine). All lights were off on the alarm. I pushed the reset button and nothing happened. I unplugged the alarm and plugged it into another outlet and it worked for a second and then kept tripping the GFI and then it finally just died. The frustrating thing is when it broke it shut the water off so no matter what we had to pull out the stacking washer and dryer from a tight space so it took us over an hour to pull them out and unhook the alarm connections to then do a direct hookup with no alarm protection. What is the warranty on this thing and to be honest I dont even want it anymore as why was it tripping the breaker (not safe) and I dont trust it anymore. 100.00 bucks down the drain I am not happy

> 3 dayThis appears to be a really well made set of shutoff valves for washing machine leaks. It is very easy to install; took mr about 15 minutes. The kit comes with everything you need. They seem to have thought of everything, including the possibility that the AC wall outlets are already fully in use.
