Product gives great security protection at reasonable cost.

Was not going to pay 59.00 for annual renewal so I just ordered the full version and by putting the serial number in, it updated my current version for another year. Only took a few minutes and kept all my settings and cloud and local backups intact. I feel 20 to 25 a year is reasonable for the software and I would renew at that price. However, its cheaper and easier to just order new version.

Subscription renewed automatically at $103.00. My fault for not disabling Auto-Renew, but I never received an advance notice for bank account debit. I checked Spam folder and it was not there. My checking account was overdrawn. You cannot simply ask for a credit. Someone overseas argued with me for a while, then tried to sell me another less expensive subscription. I repeated cancel, cancel, cancel, and finally I got my credit. I was on the phone for 30 min, first trying to reach someone, then fighting with the Customer Service rep. What a pain, I do not recommend this product due to the sad customer support.

I am a user of Norton Antivirus for many years. This item from Amazon is much cheaper (price) than that offered by Norton during renewal.

As most people have noticed Norton prefers you to renew an annual subscription and becomes outrageously expensive year after year. Why would I pay Norton over a hundred dollars every year when its cheaper getting a new key code each year online or at local store. Its the same product. Nothing changes as far as the software itself except Norton over charging customers. The main issue to beware of if you change your key code sooner than your previous years expiration date Norton will remove that time remaining on the previous year left remaining. So mark it on your calendar what date you installed your software product so you reinstall your new software on the expiration date to get every day out of the product.

Works well and good price.

Ive trusted Norton in the past, so I purchased this for my new HP Laptop and phone. Very easy to install, no disc, its a subscription. Requires a credit card number for renewal, but I can cancel at any time. So, time will tell if it keeps my data secure. You cannot buy this product without automatic subscription renewal. You mus activate the product and the opt out of automatic subscription renewal.

Have used Norton Security virus protection for many years. Renew every year. Glad to see with Lifelock now.
