Norton 360 Deluxe 2023, Antivirus software for 3 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key Card]

Ive trusted Norton in the past, so I purchased this for my new HP Laptop and phone. Very easy to install, no disc, its a subscription. Requires a credit card number for renewal, but I can cancel at any time. So, time will tell if it keeps my data secure. Just no idea of what itll cost at renewal, says, We’re thrilled to have you as a member and we’re glad to offer this (Premium membership) added benefit to you at no additional charge*.

Subscription renewed automatically at $103.00. My fault for not disabling Auto-Renew, but I never received an advance notice for bank account debit. I checked Spam folder and it was not there. My checking account was overdrawn. You cannot simply ask for a credit. Someone overseas argued with me for a while, then tried to sell me another less expensive subscription. I repeated cancel, cancel, cancel, and finally I got my credit. I was on the phone for 30 min, first trying to reach someone, then fighting with the Customer Service rep. What a pain, I do not recommend this product due to the sad customer support.

What I dont like is the constant pop ups to either upgrade or to buy other Norton products. This is annoying to say the least.

It works well, but its the price. You can buy this at a reasonable price one time, but it automatically renews. You dont have a choice there. This is where they get you. Its over $80 a year! Thats way more than any of the other antivirus software, and they are just as good. Plus they take the money out of your credit card a month before the subscription expires, so you dont have a chance to cancel.

Had no issues with my computer till installing this My computer has now crashed Losing over 6 months of work

Good product, but I hate having to clear upgrade offers every time I use the computer.

I purchased this Norton 360 in February 23. It down loader on my computer fine. Yesterday May 24 2023 I get a message that my computer has not been be protected for 160 days. Tried to down load the PRODUCT KEY & it says to call this 800 number but instead Ben from Norton calls me & says that they will sell me a 5 year plan for $99. I tell Ben NO WAY I still have until February of 2024 on the one I got from Amazon. Ben says they WONT honor the rest of the one I have.

Ive been using Norton internet protection for a couple of decades. Its easy to use & Ive never had any virus problems.
