Greater than one weekDont sign up for the auto renewal. May save time but costs market value. Better off looking for a deal on Amazon for 1/4 the price. Originally had the AV and they kept replacing with 360 program. I didnt need all that was offered, just an anti virus program. Tech support is non-existent unless you know where to find it. Then good luck.

> 3 dayI installed it easy but it didnt add on my extra 56 days I still had left so I had to call tech support they was very friendly and fixed it for me this is a great value 29.99. I had it set up for automatic renewal but they wanted 104.99 to renew it on line for the same thing. Is that not crazy!

> 3 dayNot sure how many times in the middle of a task an ad pop up from Norton will show up to sell me on their other products.... Terrible. Not going to renew. You shouldnt be spamming your current customers daily on your other products and not have an option to stop the notifications. What company does that?

> 3 dayIt’s an excellent product, but Symantec REQUIRES a credit card to activate it. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TURN AUTO-RENEW OFF AND DELETE YOUR CREDIT CARD FROM THEIR SYSTEM AFTER ACTIVATION IS COMPLETE. They make it sound like you are deactivating the license you just installed, but this is NOT the case. All of this must be done from their website. I further recommend that you adjust your preferences for e-mails you want them to send you. If you leave everything on, they will bug you to death.

> 3 dayYou do get bombarded with ads for other products the company try’s to sell you. No way to turn off the ads. Norten makes no mention of this, it gets annoying and over use the fear factor! Shame on Norten!
