Norton 360 Deluxe 2023, Antivirus software for 3 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key Card]

I installed the software on three different operating systems with three different versions of Windows - Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. For Windows 7, when the software download completed, it had trouble connecting to the Norton system. After clicking retry 3 or 4 times, it finally connected to the Norton website and completed the installation. The software can create a load on Windows 7, slowing down the system to a screeching halt. Even though the scan was cancelled, it seems to continue running in the background. The Windows 8 and 10 systems run better with the software. My one dislike is the fact that even though the Norton version I paid for through Amazon came with a key code, I was still required to enter my credit card information to proceed with the first download, allowing an automatic renewal of the software when it expires. I have enabled the option to shut off automatic renewal, as there is no indication of what the renewal price will be. I like the option to customize a daily scan time at 2am on one computer, and 3am on the other two computers. I hope this software is effective in blocking viruses and ransomware on my computers.

To be truthful, I dont know all of what Norton has protected me from. I get messages - an attack by something and Norton stopped it - so I guess thats what it should be.

It’s an excellent product, but Symantec REQUIRES a credit card to activate it. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TURN AUTO-RENEW OFF AND DELETE YOUR CREDIT CARD FROM THEIR SYSTEM AFTER ACTIVATION IS COMPLETE. They make it sound like you are deactivating the license you just installed, but this is NOT the case. All of this must be done from their website. I further recommend that you adjust your preferences for e-mails you want them to send you. If you leave everything on, they will bug you to death.

I was stuck in a previous Norton product for five devices. I had tried previously to get out of that and was told I couldnt. I bought 3 devices from Amazon and so far, have had no problems since March. I cannot predict what will happen at renewal but at least Im not stuck in paying for 5 devices which I dont have.

Been using for over 15 years with out any problems.

I worked with Norton Support for close to two hours to get this product to work on my iPhone. COMPLETE waste of my time. I purchased this for three devices and I am now unable to use it.

The VPN requires frequent restarts and you are not aware of when it stops
