Have used Norton Security virus protection for many years. Renew every year. Glad to see with Lifelock now.

Product gives great security protection at reasonable cost.

Its a recent purchase. To soon to see how well it protect your computer.

My existing subscription expired in a month so I bought this expecting it to be added on to my existing coverage. It was not. I started by adding this new key into my PC apps subscription renewal screen. Norton then said I need to answer some questions before it could be registered and gave me a link to Norton site. There, I re-entered KEY and it finally added the subscription, but as new & separate. So I now have two overlapping subscriptions for about 5 weeks. If I called their agent might be able to merge them but its a hassle to call and finally reach a person... then I might fail... not worth the bother. So, if youre in the same situation, my advice is to WAIT to do a renewal with this new key until a few days before your EXISTING subscription expires. Also, Norton now seems to allow you to extend an existing subscription for a lower cost if you cancel auto-renewal and give reason of price to high. This generated a Renew Now for $14.99 for next year (but then enormous price for following years). Maybe do this each year to retain an affordable price??? Finally, I also got redirected to a Norton page saying the software wasnt compatible with my PC OS, which is Win 11. But Ive been running on Win 11 for a few weeks now. So thats also confusing. The Norton company is not very customer friendly.

The VPN requires frequent restarts and you are not aware of when it stops

Do not order this product. After the product key was accepted it would not download. I needed to contact Norton. So I went on live chat and they gave me a phone # to call, which I did. From there they told me they would check into it so against my better judgment I allowed them to get into my cp. From there it went downhil;l fast! He started hinting around there would be a price for this work. When I told him NO I would not pay etter usiness would be hearing from me, the tech hung up on me. When I went back into Live chat as to this issue, they starten swearing in their language which I belive was Indian dialect. WARNING do not buy Norton from Amazon!

Ive trusted Norton in the past, so I purchased this for my new HP Laptop and phone. Very easy to install, no disc, its a subscription. Requires a credit card number for renewal, but I can cancel at any time. So, time will tell if it keeps my data secure. Just no idea of what itll cost at renewal, says, We’re thrilled to have you as a member and we’re glad to offer this (Premium membership) added benefit to you at no additional charge*.

Seamless installation and always good value. Have been using Norton for more years than I can remember. Never been hit by a virus on multiple machines. Why switch to other products.

this offer is better than you can get at the norton website. never set-up norton for auto renewal, you can get a great deal at amazon!!

My computer used to take about 5 minutes to start up. It is up in less than 2 minutes now. I hope it stays tha way.
