Norton 360 Deluxe 2023, Antivirus software for 3 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key Card]

I cant get this to install and keep getting DIFFERENT error messages. Support did a remote and totally screwed up my computer. He took away the window for me to talk to him and that allowed me to end it. When he started going through my desktop and personal files I had no choice but to shut down. Multiple calls to people that I just cant understand took up hours of my time. Norton refuses to help me. I have written a letter through the BBB hoping someone will understand me when I ask for someone without a heavy accent to help me. I asked multiple time on the phone and just got someone even harder to understand. Im 65, my hearing is great but as we age we lose some ability in sound distinction, especially when someone is talking 100 mph. Getting very close to returning and checking out Macafee

I wish the VPN didnt require manual initiation.

This was installed on multiple Macs with different operating systems including Catalina and Mojave. Same bug occurs with Nortons VPN. Even when it is not activated it hogs the CPU and will cause MacBook fans to start running (overheating). Tried Norton support and removed VPN from prefs network panel which was no help. In addition it (VPN) unexpectedly quits. I have found it turned itself off after the system sleeps, and at other unexpected times it just shuts off. This VPN is bundled as part of the Norton 360 product and I was told by Norton support it can not be separately removed. Run away from this product on OSX. Norton was not interested in helping with a refund etc. Amazon was excellent in doing so.

There was a time when you bought the Norton software and you received full protection but now its buy this for that problem and this for that and so on and on

Though I had other installations available from a prior purchase, I installed a prior version and what should have been a full year, was only 15 days. Good product, but not happy about that. Much easier to uninstall the old version completely before installing new.

I love this antivirus software. This has helped a ton in my personal life like for example, I always try to give my son a limited time online. Norton family gives him a time allowance based on his age for instance, he can only be online for 2 hours M-F and 5 hours on the weekend. I have been looking for something like this for a longtime. Im glad I have finally found some help. It can be really hard to monitor your kids at home when your working at the same time.

Awesome product and security services. Disappointed in Automatic Renewal claws. My family was a 20 plus years user retail purchaser, manually code activation renewal. I am really concerned with security personnel privacy information mandatory pressure. Please,understand I am saddened only by this new policy. Norton was always my Best Security software provider... I have used Norton for years and never had avirus. I am very pleased with it and would not use anything else.

Couldnt install since it wouldnt work even with Norton Technical Support.

I’ve used Norton for many years with great success. Problems are few, support has been there when I needed it.
