Norton 360 Deluxe 2023, Antivirus software for 5 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key Card]

I dont know how Amazon does it but several times a year they offer this great software at about half off list price. I grab it and install it later.

It is terrible that you can not use a product you paid for without providing them a credit card for future renewals at about 3 times the cost I piad. Product is great, but the credit card requirement is unacceptable.

Been using Norton for years. Always protected without any problems. 24 hour tech support is worth its weight in Gold! Any time Ive had to contact them, I always received expert service and was always asked if there was anything else I needed to make sure that I was totally satisfied before they ended the call.

I have everything whats on Norton 360 Deluxe for one year but yet they suppossd on it hackers too but they what me to pay for more so they extened more then one year they are full of crap I wouldnt get it again!

I know amazon will probably sensor this but norton tech support is horrible, they just push you thru written directions, impossible chat let alone talk to someone, which is weird they ask for your phone #, they probably sell that. I purchased Norton 360 Deluxe (key card) in April of 2021. Of course I had to give my credit card info like everybody else did even though it was purchased through my Amazon account. No problems with installation although it did definitely noticeably slow my desktop down. Today I got notification Norton was automatically renewing my subscription and charging my credit card $112.86 which is more than 3 times the original price I paid. So, I went to their web site and thought I was cancelling the renewal. I got notification via another email confirming the cancellation. Good thing I thoroughly checked this as yes, they cancelled my auto-renew but it was for the next time (April 2023). I had to go back into the Norton web site and cancel my subscription. In addition, I had to go back again to submit a refund request. Although my original subscription is not technically up until end of this April, I started to get weird spam emails almost immediately. Scary.

Product took a couple tries to download. Before installing, make sure you have uninstalled any previous versions of Norton and that you have current billing information input. Also, if your internet connection is interrupted, you may also get a Bad Product Key notice. If these 3 things dont work, call Customer Service: 1. Make sure all prior versions were uninstalled 2. Make sure you have updated billing information input 3. Check that you have a strong internet connection.

Ive been a subscriber to Nortons security products for many years. Each time I re-up, there are always new possibilities bundled into the basic virus and malware protection. This time, I counted five new protections, which, once installed, likely do the job well, but time-wise, may need tech assistance to install them properly. Nortons tech service is superb--no waiting for chat-based help, and immediate a-haa comes up after the problem is explored. But--there are the unexplained pop-ups to promote the services of 360, and the frustration of their sudden apperance at the most awkward times. There is apparently no way to control these irritating pop-ups, which are more like a barb in ones shoe each time they appear. So my rating drops one star for this problem.

Norton 360 Norton techs tried about 10 times to put the Norton 360 on my laptop with no success. This one was defective or has a wrong product key and was useless. I had to return it to Amazon for a refund and purchase Norton 360 from Norton while their tech was on the line renewing my Norton for 2023. Thankfully that one worked.
