Norton 360 Deluxe 2023, Antivirus software for 5 Devices with Auto Renewal - Includes VPN, PC Cloud Backup & Dark Web Monitoring [Key Card]

I bought the Norton software because I have used it in the past and had not incurred any problems. When I attempted to load the software a screen popped up that I could not by pass requiring me to input my credit card for renewal. I paid for the software and had to call the help to be able to software I had already purchased. This is ridicules. Choosing to renew software should be an option not a requirement.

It shouldnt be so difficult to renew a Norton subscription with one bought from Amazon. I finally had to call Norton tech support to download the new subscription. They make it difficult, because they want you to buy it from them. Horrible instructions.

Quick and easy sale and easy to install. Still having some operating issues with my computer. Also my email is getting constant Email alerts to upgrade my coverage from Norton for other products they offer.

I have it installed on my laptop and Android device. I used to have it on my old desktop but purchased a new one that came with a year free McAfee. Im presently comparing the two. Not to keen on the forced Norton auto renew. Ill be disabling that feature soon

wont renew my norton i like another companies product better but for the most part they give you everything they offer its good product for the price

What can I say, been using Norton Products since Pete was the programmer. Have it on 4 of my systems, had only one virus in my life (zero-day 5 years ago). Unobtrusive. I spend over 8 hours a day on internet and for my money nothing works better. Just wish they would scrap the process of auto-renewal unless you contact them to cancel, but never had a problem getting them to cancel. Just a pain.

My previous Norton 360 has 30 days left on it and I have a new one for the most of 2023 so since it’s very near to Black Friday I decided to get another Norton 360 for 2024 and at a cheaper cost. Cool!!

I do not know enough about Pros and Cons of various Security Suite programs but Norton products are always rated well and I feel confident it is doing a good job. I know it has stopped me a couple of times from visiting undesirable web pages. My biggest grip is how intrusive the notifications on pushing other Norton services as add-ons has become. I thought the 360 line was supposed to be all inclusive but Im constantly getting notifications to upgrade to other product add-ons such as a privacy monitor, etc that of course cost extra money. Makes me wonder if the 360 is really all that inclusive of a protection security suite as once stated. Makes me consider investigating product alternatives. The good news is that if you disable the auto renew function, you can purchase a product key online much cheaper than paying the product renewal costs but this too gets tiresome to do every year.

I dont mind having VERY frequent updates, scans and fixes because it is for security, but I have experienced fixes that forced me to keep my PC ON for hours! I tried to chat to get it troubleshot and it sent me to phone calls. In order to get confirmed for the call a recorded message asks me for my last 4 digits of the SSN and the year of birth (precisely the type of data you dont want circulating around!). FInally talked to a person who asked permission to login in my PC, the scan was magically over and the call got cut (I dont want to think he hanged up due to my complaints). Ive used NORTON for years, but I feel they are trying a lot of new stuff and going through painful troubleshooting. Im not happy but there seem to be few good alternatives.

Works well just as its scheduled to do.
