> 3 dayI purchased Norton 360 Deluxe (key card) in April of 2021. Of course I had to give my credit card info like everybody else did even though it was purchased through my Amazon account. No problems with installation although it did definitely noticeably slow my desktop down. Today I got notification Norton was automatically renewing my subscription and charging my credit card $112.86 which is more than 3 times the original price I paid. So, I went to their web site and thought I was cancelling the renewal. I got notification via another email confirming the cancellation. Good thing I thoroughly checked this as yes, they cancelled my auto-renew but it was for the next time (April 2023). I had to go back into the Norton web site and cancel my subscription. In addition, I had to go back again to submit a refund request. Although my original subscription is not technically up until end of this April, I started to get weird spam emails almost immediately. Scary.

> 3 dayI would like a product that only requires a few steps to put into the computer and then thats it. You are protected for the next year. Not have to do additional steps for each part of it. And I dont want ads to keep coming up, especially for things that I thought I already had for protection. It is confusing

> 3 day- Very intrusive - Constantly trying to sell other features, such as identity theft - Automatically renewed itself without asking for approval Whether or not it does a better job of protecting my computer, I dont know. I had other protection software and was not hacked or infected. So, I dont know what I dont know. It was dinged two stars for the shortcomings listed above.

> 3 dayVery difficult to cancel renewal. Will not take NO for an answer. Way too many upgrade feature addons angin will not take NO for an answer. Expensive renewal. Not interested in another year for these reasons

> 3 dayIt shouldnt be so difficult to renew a Norton subscription with one bought from Amazon. I finally had to call Norton tech support to download the new subscription. They make it difficult, because they want you to buy it from them. Horrible instructions.

> 3 dayI do not know enough about Pros and Cons of various Security Suite programs but Norton products are always rated well and I feel confident it is doing a good job. I know it has stopped me a couple of times from visiting undesirable web pages. My biggest grip is how intrusive the notifications on pushing other Norton services as add-ons has become. I thought the 360 line was supposed to be all inclusive but Im constantly getting notifications to upgrade to other product add-ons such as a privacy monitor, etc that of course cost extra money. Makes me wonder if the 360 is really all that inclusive of a protection security suite as once stated. Makes me consider investigating product alternatives. The good news is that if you disable the auto renew function, you can purchase a product key online much cheaper than paying the product renewal costs but this too gets tiresome to do every year.

> 3 dayIt is hard to install. When I typed the 25 product key, my pc turn to a strange page, then I received a call right away. It told me, to help fix my problem, I need to pay $144.99. If someone read what I am writing, please let me know if it is right. I paid $120(-$24.99 on Amazon)
