> 24 hourANDROID Users Do not purchase the Key Card version of this product if your Android device is less than Version 8. The software will not install. The SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS shown on this Amazon page indicate that Android 6.0 or later is supported. It is not. Norton upped the requirements but never bothered to inform Amazon. Buried in the Norton site is a relatively inconspicuous sentance indicating that Android 8 is required but you only find that out after you have purchased the product and are desperately trying to find some explanation without calling Norton Customer Support. If you do accidentally purchase the product you will also discover that the Norton cardboard folder you receive in the mail which contains the Product Key Code shows, on the reverse, that Android 4.1 or later is supported. Wonder how many years it has been since that version of Android was last supported. Norton will not help you if you have relied on this incorrect Amazon information and have devices that are not supported. Norton will blame the problem on Amazon. Amazon has a non-refundable policy on software. You will be caught in the middle with software you have paid for that doesnt install and cannot return. I have brought this to Amazons attention but it will probably take some time before the Android Operating System Requirements are correctly shown on the product page. No complaints with Amazon. Amazon has always taken care of me the very few times I have had a problem with an order which is why Ive alerted them and am now alerting you to this problem. I will not be renewing Norton 360 or ever purchase any Norton product when my subscription expires a year from now. I have already cancelled my automatic renewal and screengrabbed the confirmation page that verifies this and shows the date. I dont care what kind of deals Norton offers in the future. Norton does not value customer time nor customer loyalty.

> 24 hourI have always been a Norton fan when it comes to the protection of my PC. I also use many of the features available besides the antivirus. It amazes me that Amazon sells Norton much cheaper than you can buy it from Norton. As long as that is the case I will choose Amazon every year.

> 24 hourIt slows down your computer so that was a huge negative for me. Although I LOVE the Norton vault to store my passwords and love the VPN function and LOVE THAT my pc has auto cloud backup based on my set schedule, I just dont find enough value because of the slower performance, thats my tipping point. I cant/wont use software/program that is going to slow me down as much as Norton has in recent years. I think I will stick to the free AVG download for future.. The price for 5 users on Norton is NOT BAD AT ALL but I am not wiling to sacrifice performance for that.

> 24 hourI HATE this software because they are constantly pushing Norton add ons. For as much as you pay per year, I shouldnt have to buy any add ons. But every day they are popping up trying to get me to purchase another type of add on. I do feel like it protects all our devices. But the bombardment of ads is unconscionable.

> 24 hourMy old norton expired and I purchased this 1 year subscription (same software package)and when I went to install with the key code it came up with an error and then I started working with someone online and then on the phone. He said that due to extensions I could not install and he was able to fix it but took about 2 hours. Norton 360 is up and running but after dealing with tech support my Google page is messed up and I had to change passwords for norton. Very difficult and time consuming to install.

> 24 hourIve used Norton in some form or another for over 15 years. It seems to get more and more complicated to activate a new subscription every year. This year was the worst yet. Youd think you could just provide the new product key and it would be applied to your existing devices. That would be too easy. What a f*****g pain in the butt. Thankfully I was finally able to add my 2 computers and 5 android devices (I had to remove every device then add them back one at a time ... WTF ???). Norton used to provide internet security - thats what I buy it for. Not all this other crap that I never use. Too many ads. Too many pop ups. Too many gyrations to unsubscribe from the mandatory auto-renewal. Too much aggravation. No more. Im done.

> 24 hourI needed at least 6 licenses. Norton does not give long term users any discounts. They offered a 5 license version for at least 3x this price. I have 4 more licenses left and now I can add to other devices that I usually didnt protect because I was a few short. Installation -- easy -- just uninstall the older version, (keep settings), install the new version and up and running. Also, they have greatly improved adding to other machines. You go to your account and simply click on the machine, enter the licence, and when that machine comes on, it will automatically update. So, I could update all the machines without having to boot them at that time, and could just wait until they came on line. I also used a barcode scanner to enter the license so double easy. I sure dont like entering in 25 char keys. (Barcode scanners are really cheap now). Of course the other way is to type once into NOTEPAD, and copy/paste into the license field -- but I wanted to use my barcode scanner for fun. Be sure to remember to disable the auto renewal at least 2 months before the time. I was waiting and suddenly saw a charge about 1.2 month before the expiration! But that was ok, Norton reversed the charges without issue! No question asked and I told them it was a price issue and suggested they meet these competitive prices at least for long term customers! MY experience with Cust Service with Norton has always been great and they have always been helpful especially when I had one of those not-bad viruses hit and with some minor issues. (I allowed them to take over the machine and that got it done fastest, PLUS I learned a few tricks when they did their cleaning)

> 24 hourIt sucks to have to sign up for the auto renewal but that can be turned off at any time I learned that it also includes the bottom utilities software after logging into the norton website. It also comes with 100GB of cloud storage and not 75 as advertised. I do t use it but if you do it is included. I got it from norton and not the amazon version Amazon advertises that their version Includes the 100GB. No need to go with the mason version since the norton version I clouded the same amount and also norton utilities. Life lock also had an alarm that some of my Info was found from a data breach of zynga games in 2019. I knew about this already but is good to know they really check the files. For 30 dollar not and for 10 devices. I do not plan on using the vpn, doesn’t have good reviews. Should I test it I will update the review here.

> 24 hourUsed Norton for more than a decade. I could have done without the constant up-selling.
