> 3 daySymantec is just plain anti-customer and anti consumer. They force you to do auto renewal and gets you for over $100 when a key like this is sold for $40. And then they make it hard for you to use the key without any easy online renewal like you get with Playstation Plus, Xbox live, or any other sane subscription service like Amazon prime. But it is still better to buy the key, slog thru their customer support with a live person and save $60. And DO NOT forget to delete you credit card info from their website so their auto renewal will be busted.

> 3 dayI use it on my Windows PCs, and it does a decent job. Buy on Black Friday at Amazon: Price at twenty bucks here is ten bucks better than the best price the manufacturer can offer on renewal. And disable auto-renewal on the manufacturer portal 1 month before renewal for best deals from them. But doing so might stop some premium utilities from working.

18-11-2024The product itself is good. But I dont agree Norton force you to submit your payment information for its auto-renew purpose. I suggest you just use a prepaid VISA or MasterCard debit card, like $50 value, input its information when you install this software, then you just simply spend all the money on that debit card, so they cannot auto charge you when the time it is renewing. You just need to buy a new keycode then install it again.

> 3 dayIve used this product for several years and highly recommend it. HOWEVER, Norton is becoming more and more aggressive with forcing auto renew down your throat and bombarding you with ads, and ads disguised as recommendations. They make it quite difficult to purchase this item on Amazon and then get it successfully added to your account without 30 minutes on the phone or chat with tech support. If you just add the 25-digit code to your account, youll get your one year of coverage BUT LOSE ANY DAYS/MONTHS/YEARS REMAINING ON YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION. And if you dont turn on auto renew, youll lose access to some of the promised features, and pay through the nose when the auto renew hits. Norton is not a customer friendly company, so beware!

> 3 dayHave about 10 devices in the family, but only able to register LifeLock info for one person. So lets say you have grannys phone protected too, shell get the notices from LifeLock when they find something suspicious regarding the primary users personal information. Either that or its way too complicated. Continues to make Offers via On Screen pop-up banners for products already subscribed. Easy to install, yes... Easy to install properly, that can be debated. Requires sign up for auto-renewal subscription, which is NEVER preferable. But its pretty easy to opt out, however, upon opting out certaing features/services become unavailable. I dont plan to renew.

> 3 dayANDROID Users Do not purchase the Key Card version of this product if your Android device is less than Version 8. The software will not install. The SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS shown on this Amazon page indicate that Android 6.0 or later is supported. It is not. Norton upped the requirements but never bothered to inform Amazon. Buried in the Norton site is a relatively inconspicuous sentance indicating that Android 8 is required but you only find that out after you have purchased the product and are desperately trying to find some explanation without calling Norton Customer Support. If you do accidentally purchase the product you will also discover that the Norton cardboard folder you receive in the mail which contains the Product Key Code shows, on the reverse, that Android 4.1 or later is supported. Wonder how many years it has been since that version of Android was last supported. Norton will not help you if you have relied on this incorrect Amazon information and have devices that are not supported. Norton will blame the problem on Amazon. Amazon has a non-refundable policy on software. You will be caught in the middle with software you have paid for that doesnt install and cannot return. I have brought this to Amazons attention but it will probably take some time before the Android Operating System Requirements are correctly shown on the product page. No complaints with Amazon. Amazon has always taken care of me the very few times I have had a problem with an order which is why Ive alerted them and am now alerting you to this problem. I will not be renewing Norton 360 or ever purchase any Norton product when my subscription expires a year from now. I have already cancelled my automatic renewal and screengrabbed the confirmation page that verifies this and shows the date. I dont care what kind of deals Norton offers in the future. Norton does not value customer time nor customer loyalty.

Greater than one weekI had to call Norton support to get my product installed on one of my computers. The installation worked great on 4 other PCs. The tech had to take control of my pc to get it installed and activated.

Greater than one weekThis has a lot of features and is easy to use. Consumer Reports rates it highly. However this product has gone downhill over the past few years primarily because of advertising. They say oh you have a hundred trackers following you. Or blah blah blah. Really try and put the fear in you so you will buy an ad-on. Really disappointing. I would get another software package if there was a better company out there but there isn’t.
