Not happy with this product. Had one a few years ago and it was much better..

Easy to learn and use.

ok once installed

Initially the program ran fine. Nice projects. Then a crash here or there and then total crash. No longer useful. Went thru repair - did not help. Uninstalled and re-installed. No luck. Uninstalled program. No updates available

It’s difficult to find any how to videos online.and the users Manual is not really that helpful. When you go to the website it just shows you how to purchase the project. I was excited to use the program to have photo presentations on CD, but it looks complicated and the instructions are somewhat vague. It’s not just a download and start using it program. I’ve used Print Artist in the past and that’s why I ordered this one. In time I’ll probably figure it all out

I was unable to download print artist because I have windows ten. I had my desk top worked on because I couldn’t download it and they said nobody could use print artist if they had windows ten . SO I waisted my money!!!

Did not download from the CD so had to do it online that was OK.

The CD wouldnt auto run, so I did have to email tech support. I had to download it from the website.

Not impressed older versions of these are programs were a lot easier to use not so many bells and whistle’s but gave you the same results he’s doing the work for you but leave room for creativity
