Nova Development US, Print Artist Platinum 25

Ive used Print Artist 4 for some time. I thought that Print Artist 25 would be streets ahead of that. I was very disappointed. I was unable to carry out the basic function of changing the default settings. The help descriptions were different from the actual interface so were no help. The interface had been modernised but was less useful than version 4. For me there was no discernible improvement on Print Artist 4. I was unable to complete my project in time so I uninstalled and returned version 25 and reverted back to Print Artist 4.

Even though i followed the instructions to the letter i could not get to read the user manual. Nor was it on the disc - anywhere. Im not an IT expert but nor am i totally dense. Another problem was the Tutorial. What tutorial? The button does not function. At first i thought it was because i hadnt registered the software. So I registered - it didnt make any difference. It simply doesnt work. Really disappointed. Dont expect these type of problems nowadays with technology being so advanced. Returned for a refund. Would not trust this company again. Once bitten......

The layout was good, but the program would stop working at the most inappropriate times. Printing was almost impossible to do. I returned the program.

WORST thing you could buy. There is not ONE thing good about this product. It needs negative stars. Its formatting is the worst, its graphics, its support, everything is awful.

I’ve been using this product for years and i love it. I bought this one for my 79-year-old brother who is a photographer and wants to make photo cards with his photographs. I showed him how easy it is to use and within a couple of hours he was able to make several beautiful photo cards by himself. I love this software!

I liked the old version a lot but not this one. I only used it for my monthly calendars and the older version was so easy to use and enter text. The new version just doesnt work well for me and I asked for a refund.

No way to distort fonts (that is wrap around pictures or print vertically) You have to use what they give you,no way to use your imagination.

There are so many simple things it does not do. It cannot work with a PDF for example. I am so sorry that I bought this.
