I was hoping this motherboard would keep the noise level down and I wasnt disappointed. Install wasnt too bad. Just take your time and remove the glue from all the connectors before yanking them out. As far as the firmware goes i upgraded to marlin 2.0 and learned how to make changes to some of the menu items as i had with the original board. Lots of info online for that stuff.

Way quieter then the original board and faster loading screens when switching settings. Works great on my ender pro 3 and was a pretty simple install. Just make note of cable ports making sure your connecting everything to the right port. I use it with a BL touch and currently have octoprint on my printer as well. Great little board for the money.

This is the best thing to buy for the ender 3 series. it makes the prints VERY QUIET and i can leave the printer running over night without loosing an hour of sleep.

You wont regret upgrading your old motherboard. Take a picture of the wiring before disconnecting them.

I got this because my stock Ender 3 board failed. Easy to install, truly plug and play, no firmware to install. When I turned it on, I was shocked at how quiet it was. No sound except the fans. I wish I had changed it out earlier.

Upgraded my old ender 3 from 8bit to 32bit. Lots more options for firmware now.

Board was a direct replacement and worked right away with my bltouch

Wish I wouldve changed this a long time ago. I do agree it does also seem to actually print better quality than stock board (after calibrating, etc). Super quiet! Wife and kids no longer complain about that noisy printer!

Upgraded my Ender3 from factory MB to this one, the difference is night and day! Much more smooth movements, and virtually silent.

Got this because my other board fried. Cannot believe how quietly it runs. Its insane to me that the board has that much control over the noise of the machine. It has been working like a charm for several months now.
