> 3 dayI dont write a lot of reviews, but this thing fixed so many of the disappointments I had with the ender 3 pro. The servos not only run completely silent, but they run smoother. I was having a problem with the extruder motor running really twitchy. This fixed it. I dont think Ill buy another ender 3 pro, Im going to go for at least the ender 3 v2, which comes with this board from the factory. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayId recently purchased an Ender 5 3D printer and man was it loud. The hotend fan is loud enough but when printing the steppers made one heck of a racket. I bought this board and man what a difference. Direct replacement, just plug the wires into the same places as on the old control board, download the firmware from Crealitys site and youre golden. A couple things did change, my extruder started running in the opposite direction so I had to swap the two center wires around in the stepper motor connector, easy fix. When they say silent, they mean it, I have to look now to see if its actually printing. The fan is still a little loud but the steppers are so much quieter, it was well worth the investment. If you have an Ender 3/5 and wish it was quieter, this will do the job.

> 3 dayWithin a week of installation the thermistor connection on this board burnt and caused an unprotected thermal runaway

> 3 dayExactly as ordered. If you are a novice I would recommend swapping over 1 cable/connection at a time, that way you dont get mixed up. Works like a charm!

> 3 dayAs others have noted this is almost a drop-in replacement for the old board. There was no documenation with the board, the only item not clear was what connectors to use for the two different use-case fans on the hotend. The only noise now is from the fans, there is no motor movement noise. Upgrading firmware is easy, copy it to the SD card and reboot the printer.

17-11-2024This should be a day one upgrade. After two years I got around to it on the Ender 3 Pro (which Ive had zero issues with btw). The only noise this thing makes now is the cooling fans which is more constant and less annoying than the stepper noise used to be. Drop the extra $50 and make it happen!
