> 3 dayHad an Ender 5 Pro with 4.2.2 board and CR Touch. Bootloader died so I upgraded to 4.2.7. Creality hasnt updated firmware for this combination for over 2 years. Ive just spent weeks trying different firmware and checking the machine itself. I stopped short at doing my own coding.

> 3 dayVery happy with this board. Easy to install in my stock Ender 3 and completely plug n play. I was printing within minutes after installing. I was wondering if it was printing, its that quiet. The only noise now is from the fans on the hot end.

> 3 dayI know getting into 3D printing can be a little tuff but use google as your friend and watch a lot of youtube videos. I learned that after I installed the Board to my Ender 3, I had plugged the wrong wires into the wrong ports and kept getting an Error for Mintemp. It was only a simple swap of the plugs that connect into the board and I was up and running. Much more pleasant printing experience than the stock board and I can sleep with the machine running with no problem. Have fun and safe printing. :)

> 3 dayIve had my ender 3 pro for 2 months now and I have it running around the clock. Since I installed the silent mother board its a night and day difference in sound. I keep checking to make sure its running because its inaudible unless I have my ear inches from it!

> 3 dayNot sure what warmth is for, but this makes my Ender 3 quiet as all get out! I can only hear the fans now and it’s amazing!

> 3 dayI needed a new main board after being an idiot and touching the Positive and Negative Blower fan wires together by accident. This blew the tiny fuse soldered to the main board and made my fans inoperable. After doing some research I found that after installing it, all you need to do is load the correct firmware onto the Micro SDcard you got with the printer, put it into the printer, and turn it on. Itll automatically start the firmware update and after its done your Printer should be back to normal. (Keep in mind that if you have a base Ender 3 this will just work right out of the box because the Ender 3 firmware is pre-installed.) If you actually need to swap out your board I HIGHLY recommend you take pictures of every connector and make sure you get them all back in the correct order, especially the power delivery wires. Other than that this worked great to fix my dumb mistake.

> 3 dayHavent printed with it yest, just doing diagnostics so far. When they say noiseless.. wow. Unbelievable! I had to mute the TV to make sure it was working! Reason for 4 stars is the simple fact that is was not loaded with anywhere near the latest Marlin. Had to download and load to machine, which is what I am doing now. So in essence, not truly plug and play. I bought it for the simple fact that it is replacing my 8 bit board, and that it is silent.. And needed to be able to burn in my z offset, instead of physically moving and readjusting it manually due to a bed replacement I did. All in all, so far so good. Would have given it 5 stars if it had some sort of current version of Marlin.. Version 2 has been out for a few years.. so that really could have been done.

> 3 dayI dont understand how firmware can make a motor make less noise, but its a huge difference. For the most part, all I hear is the fan.

> 3 dayI had been fighting a progressively worsening layer shift in one axis. I tried adjusting belt tension, bed screws, rollers, and everything else I found in the tutorials. Nothing worked. Finally saw a mention that the motherboard can overheat and slowly degrade. After a few tests I realized this was my issue. I replaced the motherboard with this one, my print quality has greatly improved. Motherboard runs much cooler than the original. An added bonus is a quieter printer! Highly recommended, especially if you have layer shifting caused by an overheating.

> 3 dayWithin a week of installation the thermistor connection on this board burnt and caused an unprotected thermal runaway
