Official Creality New Upgrade Motherboard Silent Mainboard V4.2.7 for Ender 3 Customized and Non-Standard Matching,Ender 3 Silent Mother Board

This has lowered the sound of my prints to only be the sound of my fans. This is amazing if a quiet print is what youre after, but if youre like me and used the sounds of the printer to know things are working it might take some getting used to. My fans are louder than the minimal sound from the other parts and this is quite enjoyable.

The good : Crazy quiet. Really impressive how quiet the printer is now. Installation wasnt bad. Good bolt patterns, things fit where they should, correct firmware, all good. The bad : Would be nice if creality would provide a Old vs New comparison, since several of the ports have moved or are labeled differently. Not too bad to sort everything out, but it wouldnt take but just a few minutes for them to help out here. NO EEPROM. Just..what the heck? Issue an M500 to save settings, get told theres no EEPROM. Click save settings in menu, get a short beep instead of the long success tone. Power off and back on..settings arent retained. And no mention of it either. I mean, inability to write to EEPROM seems the sort of thing one might mention in a product description, yeah? Works fine w/ an SD card inserted all the time...so, I guess, either get octoprint or keep track of the right card!

It is amazing how much quieter the Ender 3 Pro gets with this upgraded board. The high pitched whining when moving is completely gone. I moved my printer from the basement workshop to the bedroom. I can run prints overnight feet from my bed without hearing anything. The install is very straight forward. Remove the bottom cover and move wires from the old board to the new. Everything matches up perfect, and I had no issues.

Not sure what warmth is for, but this makes my Ender 3 quiet as all get out! I can only hear the fans now and it’s amazing!

Does not come with the SD card to install the new firmware. Marlin 1.0 is installed.

Way quieter then the original board and faster loading screens when switching settings. Works great on my ender pro 3 and was a pretty simple install. Just make note of cable ports making sure your connecting everything to the right port. I use it with a BL touch and currently have octoprint on my printer as well. Great little board for the money.

I havent been printing long enough to give an accurate passement on print quality but I can say that my calicat printed phenomenal with this mobo. If youre like me, the noise reduction alone is worth this upgrade, everything else is a bonus. On the Ender 3 Pro, the screen menu is slightly reorganized but the labels are easy to find what you are looking for. Best of all the printing is completely silent except for the fans. If you were to get some quieter fans you couldnt even tell it was printing. The install was easy, i labeled the plugs that were unlabeled prior to swapping and for the wired connections i went wire by wire from one board to the next. If you ever build a computer or upgraded components this is cake, if not just watch a video for a basics of getting to everything and its really straightforward. Overall I am very happy with the mobo and no complaints thus far. It was plug and play with the Ender 3 Pro firmware preinstalled.

My ender3 was pretty loud even when having it in the garage. I could hear the noise at night. after apgrading to this board the noise was gone and work great so far.

I know getting into 3D printing can be a little tuff but use google as your friend and watch a lot of youtube videos. I learned that after I installed the Board to my Ender 3, I had plugged the wrong wires into the wrong ports and kept getting an Error for Mintemp. It was only a simple swap of the plugs that connect into the board and I was up and running. Much more pleasant printing experience than the stock board and I can sleep with the machine running with no problem. Have fun and safe printing. :)
