Why buy anything else? Great seat, build quality, instructions and included hardware to mount almost any wheel/pedal setup. Lots of accessories to buy for it depending on needs. You MUST buy the seat risers unless you want that ‘racing on the floor’ feeling. The front caster wheels make moving it super easy. Lots of adjustments and good quality especially for the price. Seat is comfy enough for hours of racing.

I purchased this simulator after a very extensive amount of time researching and reading about different setups. I spent 3 months looking around for the best setup for my budget and I decided on this cockpit. I must say after emailing ahead and speaking with customer service about a few different things including the length and size for my daughter who is 6 years old they informed me that they made a stubby plate mount for the steering so she could reach it better as well as an extra cushion pillow. I chose the red seat and purchased a set of the 4 point harness belts at the same time. During this purchase they threw in the stubby adapter and pillow cushion free of charge with free shipping. Getting into the quality of this rig and setup.. absolutely amazing quality. If your questioning the stability and design it’s very sturdy and setup perfect for some gear grabbing and racing. The frame itself is heavy duty and the seat is very nice! It’s a real seat that fully tilts back and forth as well as moves forward and back on a rail. The whole cockpit is setup to be fully adjustable to your heights and needs. I’ve spent Atleast 6 hours straight in the seat of playtime before writing this review and must say the seat is very comfortable!! I am very glad I made this decision on this purchase. I don’t usually write reviews but this one is a must! If your looking for a nice simulator+seat and don’t want to break the bank then this is the one. It’s easy to move and not to heavy, also has a set of wheels on the front bottom under the pedal mount so you can maneuver it around much easier. Speaking of pedal mount. Very sturdy and does not move or bend when pushing on the pedals. I had this thing put together in about 20 mins. The instructions are very thorough and easy to follow and the seat comes with the lower rail already mounted on so it makes it quick and easy. Also the setup comes with all the tools and mounting bolts needed to put the whole thing together as well as all the M6 bolts to mount your wheel,pedals and shifter. Also comes with extras for whichever wheel,pedal,shifter you decide to go with. Even comes with some nice wrenches to go with it. The 4 point harness setup I purchased with this went together quick and easy, instructions for these were also very easy to follow and the quality is great! I mounted a G920 Logitech wheel and pedals with the shifter all at once. Everything went together very smooth and lined up perfectly. There are pre drilled holes for every setup you could want. I’m very happy with my purchase and if your considering getting into a racing sim for this price you cannot go wrong!! Amazing quality and amazing customer service with immediate response with any questions!!

Im 5 11, 240 lbs, and 60 years old. I am a Forza addict and decided I needed a wheel, for which I needed a seat. Im glad I picked this one to go with the Logitech G920. I added the lift kit (Amazon B07G67FB1W), for a more normal seating position, and it was easy enough to install. All the tools you need are provided with this seat, and another wrench with the lift kit. Theres no lack of adjustability. Its very solidly built. The seat itself is better than I expected. Its tempting to get two extra for my 2000 Frontier. If you have a favorite car seat, its also available without the seat, and it should be no problem mounting a cars seat to the frame. It should bolt right up. Well, back to driving imaginary cars and learning how to use a wheel, after taking 5 years to learn how to drive with an XBox One controller. My other car is a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia.

Really nice piece of kit. Frame is heavy duty and hardware is nice. Paired this with the Logitech G920 wheel and pedal set and it is awesome. Includes various bags of mounting bolts to cover the popular brands of controls. The back/forth and recline seat adjusters are just like a real car, and work nicely. Basically everything about this unit is high quality. Even the 13/17mm wrenches it comes with are really nice and worth keeping. No real negatives to speak of, however take note the seat is only about 4 off the ground when assembled. This could be a bit of an issue if you are playing on a TV that is mounted relatively high. In my case, I have this set up with a dedicated 55 TV mounted about 28 off the floor and the resulting viewing angle is perfect. Others have solved the issue by raising the unit with creative use of milk crates, jack stands, and such for little/no money. Overall, this is a great value at under $400 shipped. I was so impressed I have a 2nd one on order so I can have a two player set up in my rec room for split screen racing with the kids.

Like the headline, I rarely leave reviews. I absolutely had to on this though. Easy to assemble. Good instructions. Sturdy frame. Great quality. Called customer service because I heard there were mounts for the HOTAS flight controllers, but the link in the accessories book wasn’t working. Customer service was able to answer my questions and hooked me up with everything I needed. I will post up pictures of the final set up. They have lots of accessories and were extremely helpful! The customer service rep was amazing and provided me with the BEST assistance I have ever had anywhere. Price is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Worth every penny I spent!

I am so happy with my Purchase. I ordered the the whole Setup and I also purchased the Flight stick add on and the Seat Risers. I’m new to Sim Racing but I Love ❤️ It. I played a little NASCAR Heat 4, Grid 2019 and Wreckfest. The Openwheeler performed as it should. I also did a couple of Ace Combat 7 missions with my Thrustmaster Hotas 4 Flight Stick(as seen in the pics) and all I can say is the immersion is breathtaking.can’t wait to hookup my VR Headset. For the Price this Racing Rig is very well made and Affordable. Thank you Openwheeler. And Thanks to My Husband For putting this All together.❤️

The rig is very sturdy. There is no flex in it from my usage. The wheels make it easy to move about. The seat is extremely uncomfortable though. I broke my hip a years ago, and the seat padding is almost non-existent. Youre basically sitting on the sliding rails, so anything longer than a 30 minute race and Im in pain. Id return it but the box has already been recycled.

Amazingly well designed and robust at any price. This is a real value. Just be aware that if setting up for a side mount throttle and stick (eg HOTAS) for flight sim configuration you will need additional kits OpenWheeler | Configuration 2 | Flight Simulator HOTAS for Thrustmaster Warthog | Side by Side and OpenWheeler Seat Lift Kit. It’s still a great value even with the added cost and you get exactly what you need. Easy to assemble. Easy to tweak to fit your exact needs for fit and position of components. Did I mention solid construction?

I really like this seat and setup. Glad I did some research and then decided to get this one. I was a little concerned with my 62 height, but there is plenty adjustment range even for tall people. Room to spare for me. I am using the Logitech G920 and it works and fits well. I ordered the lumbar support, but dont need it since the seat shape and support is very comfortable. The foot pedal angle is a little steep for me so I will put a spacer in between to adjust it since it is fixed otherwise. Still give it 5 stars because of the quality, its sturdy,great seat and it sits very stable.

If you are on the fence, just pull the trigger. I cant say enough good things about this chair. Everything is modular so everything can be adjusted. Setup was beyond easy! Every single screw and bolt comes in a clearly labeled and secure package. Not to mention all the tools you need to setup are included, including the hex keys, open ended wrenches, and even comes with a high quality carrying case for the tools. The quality of the parts are far greater than the price point indicates, I feel like i stole it sometimes. The slider for the chair is smooth and allows for even greater customization. I use this with a DD wheel and load cell pedals, it is solid as a rock, no flex in the pedals or the wheel stand. You also dont need to over tighten the set screws, since there are multiple screws per adjustment. The center post can be a little difficult to get used to, but nothing that detracts from the experience. Overall, you cant go wrong.
