> 3 dayAt this asking price, it better be a great waist pack, but in my opinion, it is. You can store a surprising amount of stuff in this waist pack. The strap is wide and can fit just about anyone, with enough support that I barely feel it even if Im using it when jogging or on a day hike. I mainly include some dense food, a couple of bottles of water in the holsters included, spare socks, a basic multitool and first aid pouch, and the ever present cell-phone (turned off!). I could store a few maps, some geocache stuff, and a rolled up light jacket too if I wanted. This pack looks beautiful in red, with the typical light but strong material Osprey usually uses. Construction and design quality are also clear in the airscape and vented pads around where the bottles go, and also in the very easy to use zippers. I tend to rotate this out of place until I need it, and I even switch left to right every now and then, and in all positions, sweat doesnt really stay around that long. Its better if you primarily carry this on your lumbar, but I mix it up. A few tips: if youre packing lots of stuff on your hips, you want to minimize weight. Its OK to put a couple things in your cargo pockets, and the rest in this pack. Larger, light things like jackets are no problem on a hip. Too much water will be felt on those hips, but just two bottles is no problem. Also, make the unit snug and stable with a firm pull of the straps. If its not moving around, you are feeling less weight. Weight changing direction a lot, relative to the body, is actually more weight.

> 3 dayThis is a GREAT bag. Perfect size. I can fit my wallet, sunglasses, keys, and makeup (as well as some extra snacks and treats for my dog. All the pockets are easily accessible and the zippers never accidentally come open. It definitely can be worn in many different ways. I’ll even sling it over my shoulder and wear it like a crossbody bag if I’m bendin a lot and don’t want it around my waist. But when I do wear it around my waist, I’ll even attach my dogs leash to it and it’s just an awesome hands free option. I’m using this as my everyday bag.

> 3 dayThis fit my needs for a small pack to hold water bottles, cell phone, keys and small first aid items while mountain biking and light hiking. It is a sturdy and well made pack. I especially like the water bottle holders as they are sturdy but also fold down if you are not carrying bottles. This makes the pack smaller overall when not carrying bottles.

> 3 dayWith 76% 5-Star ratings I decided to ignore the few 1-star that said this does not hold a water bottle. Low and behold, it does not hold a water bottle in either of its two Water Bottle Holders. They fall right out the bottom. I thought, well maybe if I tighten this thing enough it will squish the bottle in tight and it will stay. I went for a ride, came to my first rest and reached back for my water bottle. Low and behold, it vanished without a sound or trace, Just like this bag from my kit. Return.

> 3 dayThis is the most comfortable waist pack Ive ever worn. Even with two full water bottles in it (which is what I got it for), it carries very well and doesnt get too sweaty. Honestly, my biggest gripe with it is that it has too much storage. I really just wanted a small fanny pack that could hold two water bottles for longer rides, but no one seems to make a minimalist lumbar pack that carries two bottles, so I got this one. Im very happy with it, but I would prefer a smaller cargo compartment, and I could do without the little zippered pockets on the hip straps.
