Osprey Savu Lumbar Hydration Pack (2020 Model)

Halfway through my first ride I forgot I was wearing it. Very comfortable. Im glad I spent a little extra and got a good pack for mountain biking. Well worth it.

Great bag for a snack, water, & a few other items. I used it for hiking and shark tooth hunting at the beach. Paired with a couple 21oz Camelbak Podium bottles and it all worked.

This is the second pack I had sent that was defective. I exchanged the first one, this one I am getting a refund and will try another model hiking pack. This was very disappointing, I have other Osprey products and they are top quality, this one was not ! The water bottle holder is suppose to snap into place, the snaps are broke and this was the same defect on the exchange pack, and the same side. Do not order this product. I will write Osprey myself , they are know for good customer service, and warranty all their products. This is the first time I have had a product of theirs be defective, and my gear takes a beating mountain biking.

Great pack. It took me a while and a dropped water bottle to figure out the collapsible bottle holders but once I did it was great. One lays flat and the other expands to fit a bottle. Keeps all my riding goodies and more and I forget it is even there. I can fit snacks 2 bottles tools keys wallet phone and a thin wind breaker. Perfect for SoCal

I liked the idea of a hip pack but in practice, I find it a little annoying. The construction and quality from Osprey is always top notch. The pack has a ton of pockets and actually holds more than my basic Camelback. The one design issue I found is there is only a single strap to hold the bottles in. I find myself pushing the through and having them fall on the ground when trying to drink while riding. Why not add a X style webbing? Only other food for thought is I find that having a drink tube at the ready is more convenient than reaching behind. I do however appreciate how much cooler my back is with this!

Use this for downhill skiing to carry ID, snacks, and water. Works perfect!!

Awesome bag, didn’t see the snap to hold the water bottle in place at first but as soon as did they water bottles fit perfectly
