> 24 hourI bought this to connect into my Wink automation to turn on outdoor Christmas lights in 2020. It works great but I had to do some digging on YouTube and other places to get it to integrate with my Wink hub. They should provide better documentation as when I scanned the barcode with the Wink app, it said the device was not supported. I wen through the manual process thanks to youtube videos and it connected. No issues after that but I had to move my Wink hub closer to it as the wireless signal would not reliably pass through the front brick on my house to activate it. Beyond that it works great now and I will be using it every year going forward. Easily integrated with Alexa.

> 24 hourI purchased this item and had no problems connecting it to my Z-Wave hub. The problem is that only one of the two plugs worked. I could easily control the plug once it was on but the second plug wouldnt power anything at all. I think I got a defective one.

> 24 hourIt wasnt difficult to set up but tends to go offline a lot. Every few days this device will go offline. Instructions says its good for a hundred feet and Im only 75 feet away. So Im not sure whats going on. I am using Total Connect hub.

> 24 hourI bought this as I was looking for a solution for outdoor lighting in my garden. I decided to use this product with an outdoor power strip to power a group of LED lights. I connected this with my SmartThings hub without incident, and it has remained on the network reliably ever since. Control through both SmartThings and Alexa (by way of SmartThings) is flawless. It hasnt been through the worst rain Seattle has to offer yet, but so far so good. I bought the Z-wave solution because the range should be superior to WiFi. I havent tested this beyond 10 or so meters yet, but so far, so good.

> 24 hourThis z-wave outlet works well with Smartthings. It seems reliable and outlets are individually controlled. I use one to turn on cats water bowl when outdoor temperatures drop below 34 degrees.

> 24 hourI was initially happy with this Z-Wave outdoor appliance plug, however after just over one month of use I kept finding that my landscape lights that are controlled by this device would remain on 24 hours per day. Initially I could simply unplug the device and it would work again for a few days, however now the lights turn on and stay on 24 hours per day. Even the manual on/off button on the device no longer works. This company is based out of Hong Kong and there does not appear to be any reasonable way for a person located in the US to obtain any sort of warranty support. I am very disappointed with this product due to the lack of warranty coverage for a very new product so I will not be buying any more of their products. I am ordering a GE outdoor appliance module right now to replace it. This one is headed to a landfill somewhere.

> 24 hourI have used this for 3 weeks now and I am impressed with how well our Samsung Smartthings works with it. I have one outlet coming on 30 minutes before sunset and the other outlet coming on at 15 minutes after sunset. I have about 400watts on each outlet and so far this has worked flawlessly.

> 24 hourThe unit becomes unreachable every few days and has to be rebooted to get it recognized again. It cant handle routines that have both outlets turn on or off at the same time. Response time after commands are issued is very slow. The unit works but I recommend looking for anything else if you want reliability
