This is my first experience with a Paraffin Wax Machine. With that in mind, I really didn’t know what to expect. I was surprised when this arrived! It was nicely packaged and it came with everything I needed to get started. The quality is very nice and I love the lavender wax. Very easy to use even for a beginner like myself. Use the digital screen to get that max warmed and ready. It is definitely a spa like experience for your home! I should add, this is plenty large to dip your foot too! A very nice gift to yourself or to someone you love. I did compare pricing, but this one appears larger and comes with everything you need!

I like it, I use it in my nail salon . The owner of this brand guide me how to use that . Good quality, highly recommend !

I typically suck at everything diy self care, but this couldn’t have been any easier. Machine setup and maintenance has bee extremely easy, and results were awesome. Everything is amazing quality! ❤️❤️

I purchased the parrafin wax machine to help my dry cracked hands as nothing seemed to help. I tried hand creams and even working hands cream but they were still cracked and catching on stuff. The machine is really packaged well and everything I needed to use it was there. Once I registered the warranty on line the owner, Ruth texted me to see if I had any questions or if she could be of any help. I did have a few questions and she promptly answered all of them. Ive used the parafin wax bath a couple of times on my hands and they are definitely not as rough and dry. Itll probably take a few more soaks before theyre back to feeling smooth again --but Im on the way. I need to order more parafin to to make sure I dont run out. A nice product that does what it is supposed to do--and the company is extremely supportive.

As a previous owner of another product they have, I have to say, they sure do know how to treat their customers. I have tendonitis on both my hands, and after working with my hands, constantly, they do hurt, and thats when the magic starts.... Using it on my hands, really takes the pain out, not to forget to mention, the smoothness of your hands. By far, this has been a great investment for this household

At first glance, the product is packaged VERY well. Everything was very snug and neatly packed. I love that it came with everything that you would need for the whole process! The added grooming kit was a great bonus! The warmer is user friendly and easy to set up. It is definitely intimidating at first to figure out the right temperature for you, but once you get it—it’s amazing. Incredibly soothing, and my skin feels brand new. It’s perfect for the cold dry weather right now. I also really enjoyed the scent of the wax. Very pleasant. I would 100% recommend you giving it a try and supporting the Ella Bella brand!

I purchased this paraffin wax machine for my very dry feet. I “pamper” my feet at least once a week. It’s a very relaxing experience that has great results. I have also started using it for my hands that have developed arthritis. This definitely helps with the joint pain, not to mention how soft it makes them. The machine comes with everything you need—4 large wax refills, plastic and thermal mitts and booties. A big plus for this product is the founder/owner, Ruth. She is very invested in her product and is there to help you with any questions or issues. ELLA BELLA is the product to get!

Ive used something like this before but in the process of moving from one home to another, I mustve lost my paraffin wax machine. This is a great replacement for me because it works great. I personally use this for vanity purposes and not medical, and I love it. I always have problems with my toes looking very dry and no matter how much I moisturize them, it looks dry. Ive done scrubs and all that but it never seems to help. So far I think using paraffin wax worked the best for moisturizing my dry skin. I try to do it once every week or two, and Im left with much softer and moisturized looking feet. I really like the design of this unit because it is touch screen and just looks sleek and modern - or at least comparing to my old one that looked very bulky and almost like a childs toy. I am the only one using this so I dont have to worry as much about contamination or dirt, but definitely be more cautious and careful with cleaning if you are sharing with others. The lavender wax smells nice. I know they mentioned you can repurchase the replacement wax from them but I didnt see any available on their Amazon store. It doesnt really matter where you get the refill wax, scented or unscented. This machine is really easy to use and does not require much, if any, figuring out. Overall I am very happy with this unit and would gladly recommend this one. You are also supporting a small business with this purchase, which is always a great thing. Oh, and it also comes with a whole bunch of stuff like mitts and booties, spatula, etc.
