We love our wax machine! It was sent quickly and everything was exactly as pictured and contained thorough instructions on how to use it. My husband has severe arthritis in his hands and this has been so helpful for him in providing some pain relief. We havent yet tried it for our feet but the size is definitely big enough, which is what I wanted. The company followed up with me quickly regarding the warranty so I could get that in place and also wanted to make sure we were happy with the product. Excellent customer service and great product!
