I bought this on the recommendation of my OT for my hands. I like that it came with everything needed to start using the machine: wax, liners, and mitts. Its attractive looking and easy to use. Instructions are clear and I like that it is a small business. The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Ive tried more than one paraffin machine with unacceptable results - this unit has it all, Ive used it at least 2-3 times a week since It arrived and every time it heats perfectly, totally easy operation, even though some of the reviews stated that the instructions were not very clear. I am 100% satisfied with this product and I would but it again - hopefully it will last for a long time though!

It takes a long time for the wax to melt. Also it leaves a sticky residue after you have finished

I suffered a traumatic break of left wrist radius and ulna in June 2020, nearly 2 years ago. Ended up with dreadful bridge spanning plate in top of arm which left major scar tissue and stiffness. Now seeing occupational therapist who recommended I get a hot wax machine for home use. I selected this product due to reviews. I also ordered another brand of plain wax which I added to this brands scented wax 3:1. I am happy to report that the wax submersion covers my wrist. Note that you need to get the plastic glove opened up and handy BEFORE you get wax on your hand!!!!

The information provides as far as temperature is vague. The key to this product is the parafine melting point. I was able to use it after purchasing new parafíneme with a lower melting point. The correct temperature for this is 126F

I couldnt be happier with the performance of my Ella bella wax bath. Its PERFECT for my arthritic hands and feet!! But the personal touch added was the best part. I met the owner and she is a wonderful and caring person. No Chinese company, but a great run, small family business. I wholly recommend this product and the company!!

I love this machine. I work as a nurse so my hands and feet take alot of abuse and this is a great way to treat yourself. It left my hands and feet super smooth. The sent was good but a tad strong for my liking. The machine itself was a little difficult to figure out at first. When not plugged in you cant see the buttons as they are flushed to the machine and only light up when plugged in. The heating up prossess was a little tricky. I read alot of the reviews and after using it this is what i found worked. Heat the wax up to the highest level until all melted. Once melted lower the temp down to a tolorable temp to dip. I was able to dip my hands but had to reheat and lower again before doing my feet. Other wise i love it.

Not only is this product affordable, it comes with everything including AMAZING customer service. Ruth has been amazing, making sure that we know if we have any questions or concerns we can contact her. Its been incredible taking to an actual person. I cannot recommend this product enough, I cant wait to order from Ella Bella again. Thank you, Ruth!
