I love this. I got it to cut down on the expensive spa visits. Great idea to offer heat or timer, some people cant take the heat. I found it easy to use and works just as described. I think its well worth the money.

Everything in this kit I really liked. I havent had trouble with the booties not fitting mens feet. The led display is nice. I like that you can adjust the temp. It melts the wax quickly too. Customer service is great. The pink one comes with rose scented paraffin. I wish I could order refill supplies directly from the same store. I was told that is what they are working on next. Highly recommend.

I like everything about the paraffin wax machine. The entire machine is easy to use, from setting the temperature, to physically dipping your hands, feet, or elbows. I enjoy everything about this machine except for how long it takes for the wax to melt. You really have to plan ahead! Otherwise, its great. Comes with everything you need.

After looking online at several models the reviews influenced me to choose Ella Bella. I am glad I did. It came quickly. It has a metal liner, and heats up pretty quickly, and the timer feature and digital display make it simple. I like how the gloves, told and wax were included making it easy for a nice to get started. The directions are clear and easy to follow, the wax has a pleasing light lavender scent. Best of all it really soothes my hands and wrists and helps my carpal tunnel. Within a day or so of my machine arriving the owner of the company reached out to see if I had any questions and help me get my warranty set up. I am happy to recommend buying from this family owned company

I got this for a Christmas present and use it just for self care. My hands and feet feel SOO amazing after using it and the smell is very relaxing. Not only is the product amazing, the customer service is too! While interacting with Ruth you can definitely tell how much she cares for her customers and her business!
