So ... I bought a paraffin wax machine! And Im so glad I finally did. It may not have been the cheapest on Amazon, but the quality of the product and the customer support are top notch. I admit so far I have used the wax machine 3 times but talk about decadent. The machines temperature control is a real plus for me. You dont have to be worried about burning yourself with hot wax. It does a fantastic job smoothing hands and feet, even after the 1st use. Personally I love the lavender wax! Bonus if you have arthritis it is so soothing. Why wait ... buy this product!

I have 3 hobbies that leach moisture from my hands…papercrafting, cross stitch and needlepoint, and knitting. My old paraffin bath overheated the wax so there was no way I could put my hand in it. So far, this unit heats the wax to an acceptable temperature. It’s only been a few days and I can see and feel the difference.

I looked at Paraffin machines for a couple of weeks before settling on this one. It is easy to set up and the wax melted quickly. I like the digital temp read out. My hands and feet were so soft after using this. Buy it you will not regret it.

My feet were really dry and even cracking on my soles. When I go to the salon, often times they apply paraffin wax to help. So, I decided to buy myself a paraffin wax machine fot my home. This product is better than a spa. I love the fact that I can adjust the temperature settings if necessary. For moisturizing does not matter as much as it works great at multiple settings. However, my hand was injured and the higher temperature settings works better for me to get the desired results that I need. Great for my injured hand and I get a moistening spa treatment as well! I immediate responded to the telephone number inside the package to warranty my item. Customer Service responded in a timely manner to make sure I got everything I needed. Wonderful company and great Customer Service. I wish Ella Bella continued success. We need more companies like this:). Will be giving my husband a treat next. Can’t wait until my daughter comes to visit. I will give her a treat as well. She will want one of her own!

After researching all the wax machines out there, I purchased this machine for hand inflammation. First, I recommend reading the owner’s manual, which I did . For me, there was a learning curve. I had difficulty dipping my hands into the hot wax and couldn’t get the temperature right. It wasn’t the fault of the melter - I had to learn what was right for me. I reached out to the company and was quite surprised that Ruth, the company owner, responded to me in a very timely manner! She walked me through the steps and her suggestions made a huge difference! She offered to do whatever necessary to make sure I was satisfied and I believe she would! I wasn’t able to use the machine for a few days and after not hearing from me, Ruth contacted me to ask about my progress! What company does that??! Ruth at Ella Bella does! I highly recommend the machine and the company! If more companies and owners took the same approach to customer satisfaction that Ella Bella has, consumers would benefit greatly! I also want to mention the accessories - every accessory is well thought out and designed. I was surprised with how many accessories they supplied and the quality! The wax machine is worth every penny and you’ll be happy with your product!
