I suffered a traumatic break of left wrist radius and ulna in June 2020, nearly 2 years ago. Ended up with dreadful bridge spanning plate in top of arm which left major scar tissue and stiffness. Now seeing occupational therapist who recommended I get a hot wax machine for home use. I selected this product due to reviews. I also ordered another brand of plain wax which I added to this brands scented wax 3:1. I am happy to report that the wax submersion covers my wrist. Note that you need to get the plastic glove opened up and handy BEFORE you get wax on your hand!!!!

I purchased the parrafin wax machine to help my dry cracked hands as nothing seemed to help. I tried hand creams and even working hands cream but they were still cracked and catching on stuff. The machine is really packaged well and everything I needed to use it was there. Once I registered the warranty on line the owner, Ruth texted me to see if I had any questions or if she could be of any help. I did have a few questions and she promptly answered all of them. Ive used the parafin wax bath a couple of times on my hands and they are definitely not as rough and dry. Itll probably take a few more soaks before theyre back to feeling smooth again --but Im on the way. I need to order more parafin to to make sure I dont run out. A nice product that does what it is supposed to do--and the company is extremely supportive.

I love how well it’s made. Comes with everything you need plus a nice nail accessories kit. I broke my hand and wanted something to moisturize my dry skin after removing the cast. I did a lot of research and made the BEST CHOICE with buying this one! Thank you for caring about people and providing a top dollar product without a high price! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE. You need to determine the right heat and everything else is easy.

I have advanced stage severe osteoarthritis and tenosynovitis in my hands , I was told by my orthopedic physician that getting a paraffin wax machine would be helpful for my pain and mobility of my hands. I was going to a physical therapist and using one but it was so costly. I decided to get the Ella Bella parafin machine and I LOVE IT . I Look forward to using it daily . I also have to say the customer service is beyond amazing. I recommend this product 100% . Beyond helping my hands with pain and mobility it smells absolutely!!
