Pelican 1300 Camera Case

This case fits my Nikon camera and lens perfectly protecting it from the hard knocks it can receive as I travel with horses in the back country. I use pelican cases for all my valuable camera equipment.

Box is smaller than it looks in picture, however, I was able to put a total of 34 knives in it. Of the 34 knives 18 of them are traditional pocket knives with remaining 18 being Spyderco, Kershaw, CRKT, etc.. It worked our good for me because it just happened to hold my collection perfectly. Unless I purchase more in the future, which I dont plan to do, I am all set. Box is very good quality and the pick & pluck foam is awesome. I have posted a photo of how it ended up. A few of my knives are missing from the box. I have every slot filled when theyre all in there.

Great case. Got a 1300 case with foam and its perfect for what I need it for (DSLR case). These things are rock solid and I feel a lot safer traveling or moving my camera around in this than one of those chintzy foam cases. Id drop this thing from a 2nd story window and not be surprised if the contents came out alive and well. Easily customizable to your item with the 1/2 inch square pick and pluck foam. Took me less than 30 min to completely pick and pluck all the foam and get it just how I wanted it.

Great for storage

If you are a professional you need something like this for shipping gear for repairs. Pelican is pricey but it is made so well. I got this to ship my gear to and from repairs to Nikon. This size will fit a 70-200mm lens diagonally inside. Multiple items would need to be packed with bubble wrap instead of the foam.

I used this case recently to transport handguns on a trip. It was perfect for two handguns stored vertically, plus slots for 4 magazines and a smaller slot for a pocket knife.

Arrived quite quickly. It is everything I was expecting, water proof crush proof. My only problem is the double latching system. Its a little hard to operate due to arthritis. Regardless, product works flawlessly.

I have nothing bad to say about this case! great case I will say I did not expect it to be the 7 or 8 inches tall that it is but that has proven not a problem!
