Pelican 1300 Camera Case

Durable case. I use it for transporting fire arms. Currently I only use it for my Glock 23, but will be adding a slot for a second gun soon. It was much larger than I had expected. It has 2 layers of foam you could easily fit 2 firearms on one layer and ammo and mags on the second layer. I placed everything vertically in mine. Ill probably buy more foam in the near future to try it out horizontally.

Pelican says it all. Great case, durable, rugged. Does have the pick and pluck foam. I customized the case for a single DSLR--Nikon D7000 with the 18-200 zoom lens. Left plenty of foam around the camera. The Peli rode on a kayak for a five day trip. Would not have trusted the camera in anything less. The black box also has a little mystique to it. I suppose you could eliminate much of the foam and manage to pack camera, additional lens and a couple of small items. Again, I chose to allow for impact and only carried the camera with zoom lens, plus an extra battery.

Got this for my camera with telephoto lens to take on my kayak. Perfect for my needs. Now I can get close to photograph shore birds and my camera can stay dry.

I like the size its a great small item case and really tough. I have two of these wouldnt mind having another.

Its a Pelican case. If it isnt rated a 4 or a 5 then the person is lying. These cases are tremendous. The only issue I have is that it doesnt have four latches. It doesnt need it, but I kind of view Pelican as overkill. They protect everything! If I were Lance Armstrong and had my testicle removed I would protect the other one in a Pelican case to make sure it was okay! Then again, if I was Lance Armstrong Id cut off the other one because of what a piece of cheating embarrassing trash I am. Oh well. Buy a Pelican case for everything in your life. Protect your phone from rain. Protect your laptop. Whatever! Theyre awesome and this one is no different.

I use these cases to hold super magnets from United Nuclear. They are very, very well built and exceedingly tough. Foam is easy to customize to fit whatever you have.

Great price for an excellent product. I use it for my D5000 with the 18/55 lense, a 55/200 and my small nikon fisheye. Its tight but everything fits.

I purchased 2 of them one for my video camera and the 2nd for my save a dive kit. Both have worked perfectly protecting both items, keeping them dry and safe. Will be purchasing more.

Great product! Im currently using this for my GoPro setup and I love it! I ended up ordering a second set of foam since I messed up the first one, but other than that its great! Once you get the hang of plucking the foam, its easy to create the shapes you need
