> 3 dayFirst off my job is very hard on things. And I needed something out of the ordinary for a storage soloition. So I turned to Pelican for that. I’ve been using the 1300 for about 3 years now as my lunchbox. Yes your read that right a lunchbox. I’ve owned and broken every lunchbox option out there. And while my coworkers have grocery bags I am dragging my lunch around in protected style. My only complaint is that it does not keep things cool for long but an ice pack solves that easy. The 1300 is just big enough for your typical (10hr day) lunch items and is tall enough for a soda can or Red Bull to stand up in. This has been a great purchase and I will buy Pelican again for my tough storage needs.

> 3 dayI have a decent sized folding knife collection. I dont want them banging around in a drawer. This keeps them neat, organized and protects them from rust and dust. $50 is a small price to pay to protect your investment. Check for pics and if you have any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks.

> 3 dayWell cant really tell the size of this until it shows up on your doorstep. It is small, as the dimensions tell you but it DOES hold my Nikon D3100 and a larger 200mm lens. I think I could squeeze my wide angle Tamron in there too but could be pushing it. Talk about tough, this thing is tough! I like how easy it was to remove the foam squares to snuggly fit my camera into it. You can easily put a lock or 2 on it and not worry what those fiends at Delta will do to it during loading and unloading on a plane! Solid case, solid price.

> 3 dayAs usual the case is top notch Pelican Case. Have been using Pelicans for my firearms for years so I got the 1300 for my girls Sony DSLR camera. Pick-n-pluck foam is easy and holds gear securely and it does have the double throw latches.

> 3 dayI use this to keep my knife collection secure and portable and it works absolutely fantastic. I have 31 knives riding vertically in mine and its at max capacity. My smaller fixed blades are sitting sideways in the back. Each folder takes up 1 square wide and 2 squares long and I can get 3 rows of 9 knives in it comfortably. I love the size of this one but I do wish that I would have gotten the next size up.
