> 24 hour... but it is waaay over priced (as are all of the Vita system memory cards). Honestly, I think SEN has been exceptional at providing product and pricing options that work to get all levels of gamers into the game (for lack of a better word). However, I feel the Vita cards, and the Memory Stick Duos before them are/were the most horrific customer wallet ravaging in their console history. Granted, the MS Duo eventually expanded exponentially size-wise, but the cards initial size constraints were truly unbearable. Fortunately, you were eventually able to purchase off-brand sticks (and stick adapters for Micro SD card implementation). The maximum additional memory went from Megabytes to Gigabytes as well. Perhaps one day Sony will kick out its obsession for gauging on these cards. Until then, the benefits of the largest available PSVita memory card are worth it... but still make you nearly cry when you shell out your coin.

> 24 hourIts is a Japanese import but most importantly YES, it WILL work on a US Vita =D Originally selling for $135, the 64GB Vita memory card (of which you get 59GB to work with) now sells for $88 to $100. Shipping costs are not included in that figure and yes, it’s online only for those who live in The States. In hindsight it’s better than paying the same amount for a 32GB Vita memory card. As the last two reviewers said, although it is a 64GB Memory Card, you only get 59 to work with while the remaining 5GB is partitioned. Even so, its ALOT of memory at your disposal. It made sense for me to get one given I use my Vita for more than just playing video games. I also download movies and Anime Episodes from The Playstation Store. Since I plan to buy the Gamestop Exclusive Aqua Blue Vita, I will buy a second 64GB Memory Card in a few weeks. If you’re getting a Vita between now and the end of the year, the 16GB one I replaced (of which you get 14GB to work with) should be fine. That will cover a good 5 to 8 Vita games, 10 to 15 PS One Games and 7 to 12 PSP Games. It goes for about $25 nowadays. This is of course assuming you load it with just games. The Vita supports MP3s for Music plus it has the camera function for taking pictures, video and screenshots (Press Home + Start together). TV Episodes range from 225MB to 500MB for Standard Definition and 1GB to 3GB for HD. Movies are usually 750MB to 1.5GB for Standard Definition and 5GB to 12GB for HD. Those things will eat up your storage if you’re not careful! If you plan to download alot of Games, TV Shows/Movies and other content, its an absolute must. DLC content adds up too so...yeah. Even so, it should last you a good while ^_^

> 24 hourJust to get the negative part of the review out of the way first: YES. The price of these memory cards are way too expensive. After formatting, the actual space is 59GB (still HUGE), and no different than formatting a 16GB card and the actual space ends up being only 14GB. That said, I was happy to pay only $22 more than what a 32GB Vita card would cost for double the amount of precious PS Vita memory space. I purchased this card from GZ Store here on Amazon, and could not be happier. The orders are actually fulfilled by Amazon and shipped out of Indiana, giving you very fast delivery within the US. I decided to get next day shipping because at this price point, whats another $10? Still, the entire purchase and overnight shipping came to less than $120, and I have received it just in time (the exact day matter of fact) for Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD for the PS Vita. I highly recommend getting this card if you know you are going to be using a lot of space, as it is by far the best price in terms of cost to memory space ratio. I also highly recommend GZ Store as it is shipped and fulfilled by Amazon, and ships straight from their warehouse with all of the shipping options available to have it next day, or free shipping, or however you would like.

> 24 hourNothing beats official Sony quality. This is the real deal. Weve used this for Many MONTHS without a single error. I think its worth the extra few bucks for peace of mind knowing your memory card wont just instantly disappear when it suddenly fails without any warning like the cheap clones do (Im speaking from experience!). The 64gb worked great in our Vita Slim, with a free firmware update, and we love the huge 64gb size. We have a LOT of Vita download games and its very nice being able to install/load all of them at once without having to delete/reinstall games we feel like playing - which saves a lot of time and aggravation.

> 24 hourAside from proprietary design and encryption, this card is, functionally, no different than a Micro-SD. Sony, fearing piracy paralleling that of the preceding PlayStation Portable (PSP), went and created its own memory card specifically for the PlayStation Vita (PSV), and subsequent, console version, PlayStation TV (PSTV). While this has, thus-far, successflly prevented PSV game piracy (PSVs and PSTVs have been hacked to play pirated PSP and homebrew games/programs), it has also created a significant deterant to purchasing PSV & PSTV hardware and software due to the unnecessarily high entry cost. Furthermore, this greatly hampers ones usable, digital library to a mere 64GB maximum (which is itself a rather recent upgrade in storage capacity). At this very moment, a 200GB Micro-SD card can be had for approximately HALF that of this proprietary 64GB card. Its simply rediculous in the grander scheme. The card functions, it does what its intended, though its existence is not needed as there are better products available at a lower cost that do the exact same thing (simply in a universal form). This is currently the better storage device to purchase, but the PSVs/PSTVs reliance on this card is entirely artificial.

> 24 hourMarch 23rd I bought, August 20th it died. What happened? Well, the PS Vita stopped reading the memory card. Yes, my PS Vita can still read memory cards, as I have tried others. This is also why I like to wait to write reviews on things such as electronics. After this experience I regret buying it. I bought it for the convenience of having a lot of memory, however, that was short lived, about 5 full months, it lasted. Considering the price, thats pathetic...now if only I could get a replacement from the seller or a refund... Look Ive tried everything, you can look it up and read all this other review talking about the same thing...in the end get the 32gb card or 16gb. Yes, It would be awesome to have a lot of games on 1 system; however, it seems the higher you go, the more problems.

> 24 hourI must say that I was very skeptical about purchasing this because of all the reviewers who had problems with theirs and I was so close to just getting a 32gb, but I took a chance and it has more than paid off. This memory card right from start accommodated all my PS Vitas games and apps, of which were 20gb in total, which is just insane. Imagine if I did get a 32gb, I would have had to order another because it would have just been too small. However one thing, I didnt see in the comments, during the Christmas season was specs. of the ones that did work. My PS Vita is an U.S. model from the $199 Borderlands 2 Bundle, meaning its the PS Vita Slim or PCH-2000 model. Also, I didnt have to do anything to my account when I switched cards. My account stayed logged in after I put the 64gb card in and my memory card has just been amazing, it still has 40gb left. For my experience, getting this was a race against time, because I had the 8 gb memory card that came with the bundle as well as a 3 month PS Plus card, which I activated on Oct. 27. For those, who dont know, when you switch cards youre going to have to re download games to your Vita and that wont come with any save data, so I highy suggest that you either find a way to transfer your save data from your Vita to your PS3,maybe even PS4 or something or buy/ get a 1-month PS Plus Subscription or a a 14-day trial for PS Plus and upload your save data to PS Plus storage [To do this go to the desired application and hit the PS Plus sign at the top, depending on the application it should either be the 3rd or 4th to the right and then hit upload and once thats done switch cards, go back to that same application, hit PS Plus, and download your save data back] So from that point forward I needed to get a bigger memory card so that I could transfer my save data to the other c memory card, before my PS Plus ran out. The vendor I chose was Export-from-Kobe and at first, it said would take til Jan. 22- Feb. 12 to get here, but it came around Jan. 13., so I was pleased. I do recommend getting this product if youre in the price range and market for it, especially if your the type that prefers to download your content from the Store, otherwise if youre more of a physical copy person, get either a 16 or 32 gb and you should be satisfied.

> 24 hourLet me get this out of the way first: I despise Sonys proprietary price gouging with a fiery passion. For this much money, you can buy a decent 120GB SSD. But I digress. This card will display 59GB when you look at its storage capacity on the Vita itself. Ive included an explanation at the end of this review on why your card will read 59GB when you put it in. For those of you who dont want to read all of it, 59GB is what is displayed and this is not incorrect, nor is saying that it is 64GB wrong, its just a common deceptive practice in todays digital storage market. This card, despite being a Japanese import, works just fine on American PS Vitas. What you are buying is a direct Japanese import, not a card thats been localized for North America. Im using it on my NA PCH-2000 and Ive played games from it, it works just fine. The amount of data on this card makes it a far better deal than all the other cards, and youll never realisitcally fill this thing unless youre a Vita junkie and have a ridiculous number of games from PSN downloads. I put 5 PS Vita games (Borderlands 2 with all DLC, Gravity Rush, Uncharted, Soul Sacrifice, and WipEout 2048) and 3 PSone classic games (Front Mission 3, FFVII, and FFVIII) on here and its only taken up 9GB of space. You can get by on the 32GB card, but Id rather not have to worry about disk space, especially for a relatively minor increase in price comparatively speaking. Swapping cards is frustrating on PS Vita, mainly because it requires you to completely reboot, its nothing like PSP. However, thats on the Vitas end, not this cards. An explanation on digital storage sizes: The card holds 64GB measured in metric units as opposed to binary units. Whats the difference you ask? This is a fairly common practice that many people misunderstand. This thing will display 59GB to your console, despite the fact that it is in fact 64GB. Why? Its not because 5GB is allotted to formatting (it doesnt take 5GB to do that). 64GB is measured in metric units, meaning it is measured as 64 billion bytes, since giga- means billion. In computer architecture, measurements are based on binary units, meaning each power of 10 is actually 10 bits, which is 2^10 = 1024 Bytes = 1kB. Expanding this, 1MByte = 1024kBytes = 1,048,576Bytes, and 1GB = 1024MB = 1,048,576kB = 1,073,741,824Bytes in binary units. However, in metric units, 1GB = 1,000,000,000Bytes. The difference is then 1,000,000,000/1,073,741,824 = 0.931, so metric measurements allow them to display sizes that are actually 7% smaller. If you do the math, 0.931*64GB = 59.6GB, so its 64GB in metric (what they write), 59.6GB in binary (what the computer reads). This is a common business practice and is how literally every form of digital storage is marketted nowadays.

> 24 hourAs you might already know sony has only released this card in japan and needs to release it stateside. The 32 gb card only holds 29.9 gb while this cars only holds 59gb but combined with a vita slim which comes with an extra 1gb thats a full 60gb combined total memory and already almost filling up 2 - 32 gb cards which much be switched out after powering off the vita you swap cards though if youve already got the oled display vita and get a borderlands2 vita slim and put a 64 gb card in each youll be good for a long time. HIGHLY recommended for digital downlods vs chip games if all you have is chip games and no dl games 1 of these should hold all your save data for those physical games.
