> 3 dayI purchased two of these ridiculously expensive PSV memory cards from seller APEX GAMES (USA) with FBA (fulfilled by Amazon). I originally only purchased one for my husband, but after browsing Amazon and getting great deals on PS Vita games it only made sense to just get one for myself. I do want to note beforehand that the cards I received from APEX GAMES (USA) are the Asia version (Taiwan/Korea - PCH-Z641G), NOT Japan version (PCH-Z641J) like stated in the description and title. Because of this I knocked off one star as I did not receive the actual version I paid for. After reading up on differences and seeing that the G version cost more on the play-asia site (where PS Vita is commonly found), that site states the J version may experience issues with PSV 1000 devices (aka fat vitas). Now I dont own the PSV 1000, but the 2000 slim so I decided to keep the G and tested them out. So far no issues only time will tell when and if these cards deteriorate with excessive use. I was able to transfer a small saved file I had from my internal slim memory onto the card without any issues. Ive read issues with both G and J versions so whatever card I got would of been a risk either way. Leave it to Sony to make a proprietary memory card that might and might not work overtime with such a high price tag. Both cards gave me 60gb of free storage. If you are wondering where the 4gb went, simple answer is system data after formatting. UPDATE: I ordered a third 64gb PSV memory card for another PS Vita, but this time from seller cus mart and got exactly as advertised! BRAND NEW SEALED PCH-Z641J and is in working order. So far both Japan (PCH-Z641J) and Asia (PCH-Z641G) versions of this 64gb memory card has been working perfectly since purchase. NEVER remove the memory card while your device is on/sleep mode, high chances of file corruption. UPDATE #2: Ordered another memory card for my 4th new silver PS Vita from seller NuBlissful with FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon). Card came brand new in original packaging as advertised and is working great!

> 3 daywhile prices are ridiculously high, compared to current U.S. prices for (1) 32gb ps vita memory card, its completely worth it. there was a point where the price was on sale for for the 32gb unit ($40 usd, not amazon) during the 2013 holidays, but that quickly, and I mean QUICKLY, sold out. Since I prefer my games digital, and for portables, dislike carrying around a collection of games, I made the jump on this. coupled with a ps plus subscription, all the free games already available and more to come, this item is well equipped to hold them all. yes, you could get a smaller card and hold only what you will play and delete it once its done and rinse and repeat, but just having an entire collection ready to play is very satisfying. unfortunately, I do not see this coming to the U.S. anytime soon, since the current models just received a price cut (which isnt much, but hey), and the 32gb currently standing at $80 usd msrp, if we follow the logic of pricing, this would theoretically be at $160 usd. which sounds unrealistic, but remember that when the 32gb first came out it was $100. If and when it does come out, at a more reasonable price point hopefully, I highly recommend getting this IF you prefer your games digital. But at the current prices of importing this item, at $110-130 it was still a worthwhile purchase.

> 3 day... but it is waaay over priced (as are all of the Vita system memory cards). Honestly, I think SEN has been exceptional at providing product and pricing options that work to get all levels of gamers into the game (for lack of a better word). However, I feel the Vita cards, and the Memory Stick Duos before them are/were the most horrific customer wallet ravaging in their console history. Granted, the MS Duo eventually expanded exponentially size-wise, but the cards initial size constraints were truly unbearable. Fortunately, you were eventually able to purchase off-brand sticks (and stick adapters for Micro SD card implementation). The maximum additional memory went from Megabytes to Gigabytes as well. Perhaps one day Sony will kick out its obsession for gauging on these cards. Until then, the benefits of the largest available PSVita memory card are worth it... but still make you nearly cry when you shell out your coin.

Greater than one weekI will say only to be careful with this product. As the most expensive of the memory cards and the most spacious you will be tempted to just download and remove stuff all the time from it, causing some to have a corrupted download that could brick the memory card but leave your system itself okay. It can happen with any download and because I did so frequently, mine died after 8 months of use. Still for its price vs Space this is well worth it. Just be sure you keep some back ups and dont end up like I will having to start most of my games over again when I get a new card that is cheaper should this happen again.

> 3 dayI can share the same experience as many other reviewers have, be prepared to deal with currupted data, crashes, errors, and it’s inevitable death after 12 - 36 months of use depending on your gaming habits. I was having problems with it from the moment I received it, but after reformatting it a few times and rebuilding the database, the memory card finally became a bit stable. I still encountered issues with it throughout the life of it before it finally died, just after it’s 24 month window. Luckily, I have PS Plus so all my save data is safe, but regardless, having to pay close to $100 for a 64gb proprietary memory card that is bound to fail anyway is hard to swallow. I have another 32gb card that I have been using for a few years now and it is still going strong. So the widespread complaints about the 64gb card being more problematic than others may in fact be true true story after all... I experienced it myself. As others have mentioned, if you get it, be sure to either back up your saves often via content manager or get PS Plus. The memory card begins to exhibit problems without any warnings so one day you will pick up your Vita and find out that your memory card has called it quits on you. It happened to me. Stay informed and do your research before buying one, a quick search online will validate not only what I said, but what many others have said as well.

> 3 dayIf we overlook the fact that the price is far too high for a 64 gb card and just review it on its merits, this card is great. The fact is if you own a vita, you need a memory card and the 64gb card is the largest and the the cheapest in terms of dollars/gb. If you own a vita and have playstation+, you want to have a lot of space for all those vita games that come with it. Some games can be quite large and if you hate swapping data like I do, a 64 gb card will do the trick. Note that the packaging is all in Japanese, but vitas are not region locked, so it works fine in a US vita.

Greater than one weekConsidering your Vitas library will consist of mostly digital downloads in 2019 you will definitely want the biggest memory card option out there. It was simple to install and mine is working flawlessly with no issues. I have seen that some people reported that there are 2 models of this memory card. I received the Japanese version that is advertised (PCH-Z641J) and it works perfectly fine in my U.S. unit. At 80+ bucks it is expensive considering you can get an sd card with 4 times as much memory for the price but, sometimes you just gotta pay to play. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to expand their game library or just needs more storage for music/movies.

> 3 dayI previously owned a 16GB card for my Vita, upgrading from the 4GB card the unit came with. However, as a Playstation Plus subscriber, I quickly found myself running out of room on that card too. After learning that this 64GB card works with any Vita despite only being available in Japan at the moment, I decided to take the plunge and quadruple my space once again. The card itself is outstanding, and hasnt given me a single problem. With 59GB of usable space, it can easily hold every single free game released on PS+ thus far, with plenty of space remaining for other Vita/PSP/PS1 games and media. No more deliberating on which game to delete...at least for now. Having said that, on to the obvious negative. I know everyones pointed it out before, but Vita memory cards are quite expensive. Thats still very much the case here, but this card is easily the best in terms of dollars per gigabyte. A 32GB Vita card is usually about $80; this card has double that space for only about $30 more. Bottom line: this is the kind of card the Vita always needed. Vita games can be up to 4GB in size, and those smaller cards arent going to cut it if you get a lot of games digitally (i.e., if youre a Plus subscriber). If youre upgrading your card, though, might as well upgrade to this one. Its pricey, but its also the best deal on Vita memory you can get right now.
